Bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns detalhes
O hotel tem um bom custo-benefício, mas peca em alguns detalhes que precisam ser observados: telefone não funcionou para chamadas internas à recepção, a luz de leitura estava com o seu case instável e a TV ofereceu poucas alternativas de canais, um mudo e outro com imagem em chuviscos, mas tudo bem com os outros oferecidos. Mas, finalizo elogiando o atendimento da recepção e o ótimo serviço de limpeza dos quartos. Ar-condicionado com boa temperatura e banheiro amplo também são fatores positivos.

Boa estadia, ressalto a recepção muito atencioosa
Equipe muito atenciosa na recepção, tentando resolver todas as questões! Peguei um quarto super luxo, porque meu marido gosta de cama King, mas na verdade, a cama era quem. Achamos os melhores quartos de casal muito pequeno! Água quente super satisfatória! Queria entrar em contato com o hotel porque pagamos duas diárias a mais. Sei que, legalmente, não temos direitos pois foi comprado desta forma. Nós nos equivocamos! Nem queria o dinheiro de volta, mas quem sabe um quarto cortesia p ajustar estes valores e as informações q não nos foram passadas corretamente, como a cama King. O ponto alto é a recepção sempre educada e empenhada a resolver os problemas, mesmo com suas limitações.

Atendente muito preguiçoso, não quis guardar nosso carro no estacionamento que é do outro lado da rua. Demonstrou má vontade. Informou que o estacionamento era longe e que estava sozinho (18h30 do dia 31/12). Já o funcionário da manhã do dia 1°/01, é super prestativo
