Couple’s Peaceful Getaway - 4 Minutes from Village

Brand new tiny house with wooden pergola and a warm firepit, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Julian and come home to your privet mountain area experience.
The property sits on the residential area of Julian, only 4 minutes away from historic Julian.
Enjoy the secret and most beautiful view of Chariot Canyon within a 6 minute walk.

Pet(s) must be disclosed to hosts prior to stay to avoid any incidents with pets and animals in the surrounding properties, so as to avoid any incidents. Only one SMALL (UNDER 35L S) pet is allowed due to the small space. This will be an additional fee.

1. One free parking spot available on Salton Vista Dr. outside by the pergola. please do not park in the paved driveway.

2. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

3. No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided by the pergola area. It isn't allowed to smoke in any other area, Julian is a High Fire Hazard Severity Zone.

4. Seriously only smoke by pergola area and dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray provided. Julian is a High Fire Hazard Severity Zone.

5. No parties or events.

6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to spend the night. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.

6. Quiet time after 10 p.m.

7. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin provided in bathroom and bedroom.

8. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

9. Don't go into the neighbors porch area.

10. Please keep all pets on a leash or under direct supervision. There are other pets and animals in the surrounding areas and we would hate to have anything happen to either parties pets.

11. Outside plugs are not to be used as car charging stations. The outside plugs are only 15amps and create a fire risk if used to charge your car. There is a charging station about 15 minutes from the tiny home in San Ysabel.

**Please know that for security reasons there is 1 camera surveilling the pergola area. Camera is located on the front of the house top right side. close to the main door.
