Un endroit magnifique, à 30 mètres de la Seine, face aux falaises, à quelques minutes de Jumièges MAIS un ressenti très en deçà du cadre. Un accueil froid et distant de la part du propriétaire, ni aimable ni conciliant, aucune courtoisie. Nous pensions que c'était un salarié saisonnier. Nous avons loué la maison "la clef d'argent" qui est à rénover et en cours d'après le propriétaire mais l'essentiel des peintures sont passées, les carrelages dégradés, des meubles très abîmés, des plinthes qui manquent, un accès terrasse du jacuzzi non protégé, des prises électriques mal encastrées (on était avec un enfant de 15 mois), le jacuzzi sale malgré l'intervention du propriétaire pour chlorer, la cuisine sale avec un manque d'équipements notoire, la TV cassée (on nous avait prévenu mais la réponse a été : "j'ai pas le temps de la réparer"), ni transat ni parasol pour les extérieurs alors qu'il n'y a que très peu d'ombre, des odeurs d'humidité dans les toilettes et près de la cheminée, etc ... Nous mentionnons ici que le propriétaire est venu au départ constaté le nettoyage succinct et qu'il est intervenu rapidement pour faire enlever un nid de frelons. Il y a pourtant tout pour faire bien et beau vu l'environnement ! Tarif annoncé 250 € la nuit quand même.

Heureusement que le village de Jumièges est magnifique, que cet établissement est juste devant la Seine au milieu des vergers avec une vue splendide car, pour le reste, c'est médiocre. L'accueil est désagréable et autain. Le jeune homme qui vous accueille n'en a rien à faire. On nous annonce une des TV cassées en nous disant, j'ai pas le temps de la réparer. Pas de visite d'entrée dans la maison donc on a fait fonctionner le jacuzzi comme on pouvait. La maison est belle extérieurement. À l'intérieur, c'est défraîchi, pas propre, la cuisine où le matériel est sommaire, pas de parasol pour manger dehors (peu ou pas d'ombre), des prises électriques dangeureuses, le carrelage très usé. Annoncée 250.00 euros la nuit, c'est une honte. On n'y a passé trois jours et il aurait été difficile de faire plus. On a tout fait pour passer un bon moment donc on a passé un bon moment mais c'est à fuir. Nous ne comprenons pas la note de 10 sur hôtels.com, il faudra nous expliquer.
