Nestled below the verdant slopes of Mauna Kahalawai, fronting the Kaanapali Golf Course and across the street within walking distance of North Kaanapali Beach lives the boutique complex known as Kaanapali Plantation. Hawaii Life Vacations is offering Residence #32 which resides in this low rise and low density complex of bungalow style vacation rentals. This residence is one of the nicest if not the nicest residence in the entire resort and is perfect for larger groups looking for a value oriented vacation experience at the epicenter of the Kaanapali Resort. Residence #32 has undergone a substantial ‘21 remodel and the 2022 designer staging perfectly accentuates the large space and its ocean and outer island views.

KP #32 is a two story residence with the living (queen pull out sleeper sofa) , full kitchen, 3/4 bath and laundry, as well as a covered lanai with ocean views on the ground floor. Surfaces include brand new stainless appliances, quartz counters, new tile work, and bamboo flooring. Upstairs lives all three bedrooms with the Master and ensuite bath as well as it’s own private covered lanai (views) on the oceanside whereas the second bedroom is a mountain view with a queen bed, and the third bedroom (mtn. view) has a triple decker bunkbed (twin on the top, full on the bottom, and a pull out trundle twin bed) which is perfect for sleeping 3 little ones.

Guests love being able to walk directly across the street to Kahekili (Airport Beach) which has ample picnic tables, bbq areas, sprawling lawns, and a magnificent beach for walking, swimming, snorkeling, and epic whale and sunset watching. Also note that Castaway Cafe is within this walkable area and all that Kaanapali has to offer is a few minutes drive away.

Walking through Kaanapali Plantation one will note that this is a quiet refuge where radiantly blossoming plumeria, rainbow flower trees, coco palms, banana trees grace the rolling lawns throughout the community. There is a tennis court, shuffleboard, and a small community pool on site.

Great location and great communication!
We had a fabulous time in Maui and staying here was a big part of it. The location was perfect. We had 6 people ranging in age from 15-51. We had plenty of space and amenities. The beach chairs, coolers and towels were invaluable. I received texts throughout our stay just checking on things. Parking was easy and convenient. Every bedroom has their own air conditioning unit which is a plus. Overall, I would highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again. It is also close to the best beaches and tons of places to eat and shop.

I searched for a 3 bedroom place to stay for weeks! When this condo popped up, I grabbed it. It was perfect for our family of 5. The condo is beautifully furnished and had all the extras you need for a day at the beach. Perfectly located within miles to beaches and shopping, yet tucked up in the mountain for quiet. I recommend anyone looking for space and convenience to stay here!

Beautiful ocean view & sunsets from the lanai. The grounds were peaceful and very quiet. The condo was super well stocked, everything you could imagine in the kitchen, a lot of beach towels, chairs & umbrellas. Parking was easy. It was clean & felt very welcoming. Truly a 5 Star Stay!!
Our stay at Ka’anapali Planation unit number 32 was nothing less than incredible. Our unit was well situated with access to Kahekili public beach (about a 1/2 mile away with free parking incredible snorkeling, great sunsets and a walking/running path). It was also very close to Whaler’s Village, Royal Ka’anapali golf course, Black Rock Beach, and downtown Lahaina (Front Street) with great restaurants & shopping. Our unit was modern, super clean and well stocked with basic amenities to get our stay off to a great start. Our outdoor deck area had a great view of the ocean and golf course. Enjoyed our coffee every morning out there. It also has a BBQ grill which we used twice. We used the available pool once (very clean). The grounds were also well kept with great spots for taking pictures at sunset. Property management was attentive leading up and throughout our stay and promptly responded to the few questions we had. All in all this was the best rental experience we have ever had. Truly a 5 stay. We’ll be back!!

Great place for a family vacation!
We really enjoyed this unit and the peaceful property it is on. Condo looks exactly like the pictures, was very clean and was fully equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. We were 7 and the space was just right for our group with lots of seating in living room, dinning area and the outdoor eating area on the lanai. Would highly recommend for anyone that does not need to be beachfront. There is still a beautiful view of the ocean and island in the background with lots of great shade on lanai for the end of day after being at the beach.

Awesome Family Vacation
My wife and I decided to take our 4 kids back to the island where we honeymooned 20 years ago. This place was awesome! Large enough master for my wife and I, the girls (3 of them) shared the room with bunk and trundle it was perfect and our son took the other bedroom. We cooked most of our meals - house is well stocked and we weren't missing anything. Place was clean - lots of games for the kids - Uno, jinko blocks, dominoes and cards - we've never played so many games in all our times on vacation. Two thumbs way up! Thanks for the perfect spot!

Beautiful Modern Upscale Townhome in Kaanapali Area
My family and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The townhome is one in a few on the Kaanapali Plantation property and is beautiful and modern. It’s peaceful with birds chirping. It’s new updated and has a beach and ocean interior vibe. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s minutes from Lahaina and Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua and Napili are so close by. You can actually walk to the beaches from here. Our stay was wonderful and comfortable. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. While our stay, there was construction going on right in front of our front door in the nearby parking lot with cranes and etc, and so there was some noise (not bothersome), but parking for our car was limited at night time. I’m sure by the time we come back here next time, construction will be wrapped up. Jeremy and his team were on top of communication with us. On our last day, the entire area had a water main break, therefore there was no water in our townhome on the checkout morning, we could not use bathrooms or showers before our flight out of Maui, we reached out to Jeremy and his team and they jumped in and took care of the situation and offered us options to make everything smooth. They even discounted our stay to compensate for the emergency. That was very nice of them. The management’s team (Jeremy’s assistant Laura) also offered up her own place to us so we could shower and get dressed. We sincerely appreciated this kind gesture from her, though we didn’t take it. There’s three bedrooms with enough beds to sleep 8-10 people. You’ll have views of the plantation property and the ocean from the large balconies. There are two balconies. Loved our stay here. We recommend this place as a perfect home for your stay if you’re looking to be in west Maui. Thank you Jeremy and Megan.

Easy checkin. Appreciated that lights were on since we arrived later in the evening. Well appointed with beach chairs, towels and a small cooler. Great snorkeling in the area. Close to lots of stuff but not really walking distance if you are carrying any beach equipment or have kids. Loved the place and would stay again. Best beds we have ever stayed in at a VRBO!

The property was absolutely gorgeous inside and the views from the balconies were stunning. The house was spacious and nicely furnished and done. Sobre much room for everyone. It was really close to the beach. With so many things making one feel at home. The property was easy to find. I loved this property and one of the best I have stayed at. This nicely updated end-unit was perfect for our group of friends. We each slept comfortably and there was plenty of room for us to all hang out together in the living area. The coffee and welcome chocolates were a nice surprise and the kitchen was more well stocked than we had anticipated with cooking supplies and spices. Having an in-unit washer/dryer was great so we could minimize packing and do laundry mid-trip. It was also really nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler bags for our daily outings. Ample parking and the location was fantastic with close proximity to Front Street, grocery shopping, beaches, Whalers Village, and more. When any questions came up during our stay, they were answered quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ka’anapali Plantation 32 and would love to return again some day. Mahalo!

We loved it - great unit and location!
We stayed for a week with two families in this unit and it was perfect for us. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and the main highway running around the northwest side of the island. The unit itself is clean, well decorated, and has helpful accessories like beach chairs, umbrellas, and insulated bags for hauling food and drinks. The beds are comfortable and provided plenty of sleeping space for our large group. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a wonderful property with all the beach amenities. Great location with easy access (walking or driving) to beautiful beaches. The property is updated and very clean. Lots of space for our 6 to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again.
