Security Deposit: Security Deposits are intended to encourage prompt check-out, as well as to ensure the unit is left in the same good condition it was found in. We find this penalty regrettable as events which make it necessary.
Smoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.
A fee of $50 will be charged for loss of parking passes
Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am
Parties are not allowed.
Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit.
Tips: Wipe down counters and sink; Store food in closed containers in the refrigerator. DO NOT leave dirty dishes or empty food containers out. Take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at any time.
Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.
Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet.
