It was ok
It’s like staying in Las Vegas. They don’t provide coffee maker so that you can buy from that coffee truck just outside the entrance. Plus, $25 charge for parking. It’s better than hotels in the resorts but still. Place is dated and only attractive due to it’s closeness to the center and shops, it’s only walking distance, if that’s what you’re in Kona for. Fridge/Mini Bar is well stocked with soft drinks/alcohol you can purchase, but no bottled water is provided for free.

This place was a good value andconveniently located. Beds are comfortable.The first night we were in the main hotel and we didn’t get much sleep because the cars were revving their engines on the main road and the air conditioning made too much noise for us. But they moved us to a quiet room for free when we asked them. There are great amenities, including yoga every morning for free. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The checking was terrible. The male receptionist at night was playing on his mobile even when talking to customers. He was rude, abrupt and disrespectful. The hotel condition is also terrible for its price. I blame Expedia for promoting such terrible service. I tried to cancel after the first day of stay. Neither Expedia nor the hotel even listened to my concerns. I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

For the price of the room of this property the location was excellent the rooms were spacious and clean they're near not exactly Beach where you can lay out and get a tan but you have access to the water at two different places that are extremely easy walkable to get to restaurants are all around you as well as bars and shopping, I know there are a few people complaining about they run out of coffee early but there is a coffee cart right outside the front door area sometimes you may have to pay for it sometimes you can get a certificate to get coffee there but really people you're saying bad things about this hotel because they ran out of coffee you can either go outside and pay for your own just around the corner or right there in their parking lot let's be real here for the cost of this hotel is semi-in expensive and if they run out of coffee deal with it.

Great location and value for money. Parking isn't free (they charge $25 extra) and sometimes they're sold out if you check-in after dark and you just can't park around the place since it's a busy neighborhood in the evenings. We parked across the street (opposite Quinn's restaurant) at a private parking lot that charges $35 per day. Apart from the parking inconvenience the room and services were great value and we enjoyed our stay.

Arrived to an empty desk. Not friendly staff, had to pay for parking in a super small lot our car barely fit in, coffee was suppose to be available at 6am, we had to leave to hit the parks at 6:30 and no coffee available and no compensation or credits to use at the coffee stand literally outside the entrance. Small beds, min room and noise. Wouldn’t stay again and need to call to ask about additional charges. Ugh
