You will be located in a great area of Kona. The Majesty Palm Suite at Palm hale is Great spacious studio unit with two rooms (kitchenet dining area and bedroom area).
Free high speed WI-FI, Queen bed, Cable TV, Full size Fridge and kitchenet with light cooking supplies, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full bathroom (tub & shower), closet, Sitting area. There is coin operated washer & dryer in the entry way.
Outside picnic table table and a BBQ for those who like to grill. Also beach Towles, chairs and supplies
There is plenty of private off street parking behind the home. The home is situated so that you get the ocean breezes and can hear the waves crashing on the shoreline when the surf is up.
We are between Magic Sands Beach and Snorkel Beach (Kahalu'u beach) right off of Popular Ali'i drive one home up across street from Ocean. Both are within walking distance if you just want to hang out at local Beaches.
Conveniently one mile away from Keauhou shopping center. Grocery store, Drug store, Restaurants, L&Ls, Sushi, Thai food, Mexican, Subway, Shaved Ice. Post office, Theater, Medical facility's, and a farmers market on Saturday mornings. They even have music and dance performances on some weekends.
You have the beach front town of Kona 5 minutes north on Alii Dr. Tons of shops to browse through, restaurants bars etc. Locations to sign up for activities such as a luau, tours, snorkeling trips, surf lessons, submarine rides, Charters for Big Game fishing and much much more along ocean front Kona. Don't forget about the newer Brew block area as well.
There is two transit systems that run by on Alii dr. and bike rental stations making them very accessible.
Kona has beautiful sunsets. You will see the locals and tourists alike parked along Ali'i drive to watch for the green flash sunsets.
Good neighbor policy/Quit hrs. shall be from 9pm to 8am, Noise shall not be unreasonable to disturb adjacent neighbors. Sounds that goes beyond property boundaries during quit hrs. shall not be excessive.

Great location, property, and host
I love this location, close to the beaches for sand and snorkeling. This property is comfortable, clean, exactly as presented, and Isaac is a friendly helpful host. I'll be hoping to stay here again next time I visit the Big Island.

Convenient location and close to beach
The stay was pleasant and calm. We enjoyed the stay as it is closer to beach. The host is very friendly and helpful. The host also has stash of utilities that you can use for the beach visits like snorkeling equipment and beach mats.

We found this a great location to get almost anywhere. Amenities were excellent. Great outdoor sitting. Fantistic landlord. Very very clean unit to stay in. Really enjoyed the friendly chickens and the 2 ducks(names-Goose and Duck Duck . Met us everytime we showed up) Advise people that this is a fantastic spot

Great location and plenty of toys
This was a great location for me. Close to a snorkel beach and also a place to see the sunset. There were lots of beach toys for use, including chairs, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Even water shoes for walking on the lava to enter the ocean. Kitchen was adequate for my needs (hot plate, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. ) When I inadvertantly tripped a breaker by using the microwave and hot plate at the same time it was fixed quickly. Internet was fine. There is some road noise from Ali’i drive and I could hear what I guess was the tv from the upstairs unit, but it wasn’t enough to bother my sleep in the comfy bed. I’d return.

Very easy place to find. Quiet neighborhood close to two nice beaches within walking distance. Accommodation was clean with enough parking. There’s also some ocean toys on-site to borrow. Coolers, boogie boards, snorkels…

The Best Of Kailua Kona
You can't get a better location. Off the main drag so close to everything, and several beaches within walking distance. The apartment and the area just gives a great zen vibe, making it a perfect place to enjoy Hawaii.

Great place to stay, close to the ocean, great host...
My overall experience (for 9 nights) was outstanding. It was close to Magic Sands and Kahaluu beaches, and close to shops and stores at Keauhou Shopping center. I also like the fact it had guaranteed parking spaces. Isaac is a wonderful host, local guy, who als takes care of local chickens and ducks nearby. Yes, I would definitely stay here again, if I decided to come again.

Nice Location, Clean, Comforable Unit
Overall, this was exactly what I was looking for. Great location (near the water), reasonable price, nice bed, TV/cable, "essential" kitchen facilities, including a kitchen table. It felt very tropical, and the fans helped. Two (very minor) nits: 1) when arriving at night, it was difficult for me to see the house number and to know exactly where to enter (especially without anyone to point the way) -- instructions were provided but, and 2) there were a few live cockroaches in the room (I realize it's Hawaii, so difficult to avoid). Overall, it was a really nice unit, nice neighborhood, and Isaac was very helpful in getting the TV/cable reset (thank you!).

Super easy. Isaac was there when I drove up and able to show me around and quick to respond to a text. I liked having a place to park and loved the sound of the birds. Fun to be able to walk to both Magic Sands and Kahalu’u Beach Park.

Gorgeous property, amazing host- The best VRBO experience I’ve ever had
Isaacs property was absolutely perfect. So spacious and amazing natural light. It’s also only a song a way from magics beach (amazing shore break and beach volleyball) to the north and kahaluu (incredible snorkeling and beginner surf spot) to the south. It came equipped with all the cookie gear I needed included a beautiful stove out on the patio for sunset bbqs. The house also had a surfboard for use, body boards, snorkel gear and chairs for the beach. Isaac really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is not just comfortable, but also convenient, fun, and special. Isaac is the best host you’ll ever come across. He was incredibly responsive when I needed help with something and was incredibly helpful recommending cool spots to check out on the island. Isaac is such a cool dude and very friendly so don’t hesitate to reach out. He does not cut ANY corners and it shows when you see how amazing his property is. Has everything you’ll need and more!!! I was there for 3 months and can confidently say that this is the best deal you’ll find on the island with regards to price, location, host quality, cleanliness, and comfort. BOOK BOOK BOOK!!!

Great place to stay close to two great beaches in Kona!
Great for longer stays in Kona. Short walk to two great beaches. The location is in a more peaceful spot away from traffic and crowds and is in my favorite part of Kona. Short drive to Keauhou mall for breakfast or KTA supermarket. Isaac is a great person, really trustworthy, very responsive and friendly. Totally happy I decided to stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!
Nothing fancy, but a comfy bed, great towels and everything you need for a reasonable price. Current pics don’t show, but there is a full size fridge, plates, silverware, pots and pans, microwave, toaster and hot plate to cook on. There are beach towels and other beach gear to use. Chickens are friendly. Duck is a little stand-off-ish but I’ll forgive him. :) Overall a great experience!

Our stay at this property was amazing! Isaac is a great host, he was super responsive throughout our stay, very friendly and even gave us great recommendations for our trip. The place is amazing, super clean, very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and there’s even a nice grill at the front with all the BBQ tools you need. The location is even better, you are on Ali drive but 10 minutes away from all the busy noisy areas and literally a minute away from Kahalu’u Beach which is an awesome spot to begin your trip. Thanks Isaac we will love to stay again there and for sure we will recommend this to anyone going to the big island. Mahalo!!!

Very nice property. The rooms are large and very clean. Property is only about 500 feet from the beach and you can listen to the ocean day and night.
