The bed was comfortable but that was about it. The first night I was woken up to a person yelling expletives in the hallway and cops in the lobby. The water ran brown out of the faucet at times. I stayed a week and my room was not cleaned once. The room also had a smell, the outlets did not have covers, and the breakfast had rubbery frozen eggs. A piece of the roof fell off while I was there and there is a picnic table outside covered in caution tape covering a pothole. This place needs a serious overhaul.

We stayed for two evenings: a Friday and a Saturday. First thing, we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of service. Later learned that is was 45-years-old with the entire lifting system needing to be replaced and that work was awaiting the arrival of all the necessary parts. So, schlepped all our stuff up the back steps, which had filthy carpeting. Also, for an inexplicable reason, the outside handrail was partially missing between Floors 2 and 3. Got to the room, which was OK and noticed there was no house phone. Used Google to find a phone number for the property in order to call the front desk. The first night, the TV remote did not work and the wanting-to-be-helpful young woman working the front desk was from another same-ownership property nearby. She did not have either batteries or spare remotes. So, I tried using the wi-fi to get something on my laptop. No luck connecting. After calling the front desk, spoke with a very nice fellow who said there should have been 5 wi-fi servers showing. My laptop could only find 2 and neither worked either night. Do loops of doom. There was a "bowed" shower curtain rod but the curtain itself was not wide enough to seal off at both ends simultaneously. So, you needed to be mindful of where you placed the curtain end for each step of the process. The toilet flushed in a strange manner where you had to hold the handle down until you saw the whirlpool in order to make sure the bowl emptied. Minor annoyances.

Dog feces in front of our door in hallway when we first arrived. When I reported the lady did clean it up 2’ hole in parking lot wa out 4’ deep. Room door would not lock. Toilet seat was very loose and kept falling off. No shampoo or paper in room. Ac falling off wall and could see out side through the ac frame. Hand rail on side door very unsafe had rusted all the way off. People smoking drugs and cigs on steps outside and wafted in through ac. Breakfast items kept running out. Coffee was good though

There was black hairs in our “clean” bed. We were put on the 4th floor and their elevator is broken. Air conditioner didn’t work and the fridge didn’t work so all the food we brought was spoiled. Terrible area and very dirty please do not stay here! We came from out of town and if it wasn’t midnight when we finally arrived we would have never stayed here.

I did not have a good experience here at all. When I arrived, the elevators were down, had to take luggage up 4 flights. The tv was not programmed & the toilet didn’t flush. I got moved to a different room and again, tv wasn’t working and that toilet wasn’t functioning either. At that point I didn’t even bother. The sink was dirty and stopped up! The floors are disgusting and there’s no way baymont rates should be $90 a night with that hotel in that condition. I will never return to this hotel

This was not one of the best stays we have ever had! For the most part it was terrible! We made the reservation late afternoon on the day we stayed. When we got to the hotel about 9:00 pm, we were informed they were overbooked and we didn’t even have a room. So, we made several attempts to contact Hotels.com. While loading our luggage back into our car, the desk person came out and told us he found us a different type of room if we wanted it. So, with it being late, we took it so we didn’t lose the money because it was non-refundable. To get to our room on the 2nd floor, we had to take the stairs due to the elevator not working due to electrical damage from a tornado. The stairs and hallway carpet was extremely dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. The room itself was pretty clean. The bedding was a whole different story. The pillowcases and sheets had been cleaned, but had stains on them. The comforter had black spots on it. While waiting for new sheets, we stripped the bed. When the new sheets came, they were just as stained as the ones we took off. We finally were able to get a hold of someone at Hotels.com, he was going to try and help, but at this point we are totally unsure that something will come out of all this. We spoke with the General Manager and she said there were not notes and she hadn’t talk with anyone from Hotels.com about this incident. So please don’t stay at this hotel!!!!

After climbing the stairs, the carpeted stairwell was sickeningly filthy from years of neglect (elevator was inoperable) carrying my heavy luggage, etc. I discovered that my room door was already ajar. This was alarming, as I didn't know if there was possibly an intruder in the room already. That proved to be incorrect, however upon further inspection I discovered that the toilet had NOT been cleaned or sanitized. It had what appeared to be dried fecal matter, presumably from diarrhea and urine spots on the seat and rim as well as the underside of the seat. I was disgusted, to say the least. The room didn't smell good, and seemed dingy overall. I was displeased to see that there were seemingly endless pornographic movies being offered on the television menu and this was absolutely NOT what I wanted to encounter. Overall, I was totally dissatisfied with my stay, and cannot under any circumstances recommend the facility to anyone for future accommodations.

This property was disgusting! I should have read the reviews! The smells were horrible! Rooms were condemned! Carpets were disgusting and stained. Our room was open upon arrival. We only had one towel and were told they didn’t have access to the room with towels so we were unable to shower. The hallways smelled like a combination of weed, smoke and a barn. DO NOT STAY HERE! I honestly can not believe the whole place has not been condemned!
