Lovely downtown stay
I loved this small and very comfortable apartment. It had everything I needed for a week long family visit. This will be my go-to place to stay next family visit. The property manager was very responsive in getting the repair person to address the beep from a smoke alarm. Excellent apartment with outstanding support.

Great location in Vine neighborhood. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and brewery. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and nicely furnished overall. Only issue was when we ran the dishwasher night before departure, it started leaking soapy water all over the floor (and the provided dishwasher tabs were used). We had noticed the floor by dishwasher was warped and suspect this may not be the first time. If we had gone to sleep, not sure what mess we would have found in the morning. We notified property manager right away and they responded the following morning that maintainence would be out to inspect it. We were leaving that day, so not sure if dishwasher was fixed, but would hope so. I

Lovely apartment, ideal location
My wife and I spent a week on vacation in Kalamazoo. This apartment was ideally situated within walking distance of downtown, the Kzoo mall, many restaurants. Parking was easy in a private lot. K-zoo’s location also made for great day trips to the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again when visiting K-zoo.

I loved the place I stayed at. It was very well decorated, comfortable, and warm feeling. A home away from home. There were a few small things that would be nice to add to the rental: Coat hooks, paper and pens, and extra batteries for the TV remote. Other than that it was wonderful! Perfect spot for weekend in Kalamazoo
We wanted to do a long weekend near Kalamazoo so we could spend some time with our daughter who is a student at WMU. We booked this a couple weeks in advance of our stay as the price was right and the location looked good. We were very happy with our stay. The location was great, as it was just a quick walk to the Kalamazoo Mall for downtown restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It was the perfect place for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable. The parking is a little inconvenient as it is across the street, but I wouldn't call it a deal breaker. We would definitely book again - looking forward to a WMU football weekend so we can stay here once more!

Convenient location on the edge of downtown Kalamazoo. The apartment has beautiful architectural details and a large, well appointed kitchen. There was some nighttime noise. We found that using earplugs at night helped us fully enjoy our stay.

Downtown Kalamazoo - great location!
This corner apartment was a cozy place for my MiL, my husband, and me for 3 days. We chose the apartment over a hotel because the second bedroom allowed MiL to have some privacy in the evening, yet still be with us during the day when there was down time from visiting our daughter at a local college. The rennovation is well-done - very glad the tiger-oak fireplace in the bedroom was preserved as was the large pocket door to the living room. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very nice for a small apartment; the full-size frig and oven were appreciated. Also great was the free washing maching one level down. We didn't need it, but were glad it was there just in case. The electronic entry/check-in allowed us to arrive around midnight from a late flight & drive; very efficient and easy. Closets were ample and a really nice touch was having LIVE plants! The location was close to anything we needed. A small convenience store was near-by and we could easily walk to a number of downtown restaurants. Parking is provided, too, so you don't have to jockey for a spot on the street. Matt was very easy to deal with; the management company he works through has a separate contract from VRBO, but it was not an issue and he was very helpful. We hope to be staying here again next time we are in Kalamazoo (or in this apartment's twin across the hall - I'm sure it is just as nice!).
