This 3 bedroom home is 200mtrs from the beach and walking distance to all shops and resturants. Sleeps 6 It features Bedroom 1 (1 queen bed) ,Bedroom 2 (1 double bed), Bedroom 3 (2 single bed ) All linen supplied. We charge per person if you require extra bedroom/s there is an additional $50 per room . Please message us your bedroom requirement’s .Large kitchen come dining , laundry in bathroom and a large enclosed bbq area out front. Airconditioning in main living and main bedroom. Situated across the road from a new kids playground that also features a bbq area.

We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 night to book an other accommodation in Kalbarri. The appartement is very old, dirty and the shower is not appealing to take a shower. Windows can't be closed and the mosquito nets are broken. No coffee or tea, like everywhere else. Too expensive for what it is. We can't recommend this accommodation.

Think twice before booking - would not recommend

Not clean, found several cockroaches alive and dead in the property. Lots of dirt and dust on the floors and cobwebs and spiders. The windows aren’t sealed and fly screens broken so mosquitoes get in and heavily bite! Leaking taps, noisy neighbours behind the property who partied every night. TV doesn’t work properly and the couch is outdoor furniture which is very uncomfortable. Leaking taps and was given one face washer for 5 people and one extremely small bottle of shampoo & conditioner for 5 people! Would not recommend. Location was good as far as easy access to main road.

Nice property adverised as 7 beds and could be used however other two rooms locked on arrival, only had two people but prefer separate rooms. Could contact owner yo room open however additional fee qhich is not stated on information when booking. No tea, coffe, milk supplied which is normally standard.

Great location, good place, spacious

We got this place at the last minute however it was so easy to book and communicate with a host. Kate and her husband are very nice. They also run a rock lobster cruise business that is one of the must you should do here :) We will definitely stay here again when we in Kalbarri .

The house is clean and equipped with everything one needs. House is walking distance to the beach.

For future, it might be worth fixing the fan in the bathroom, leaving instructions how to use the washing machine, as it wouldn’t work for us. Also, we wanted to cook a meal but the stove doesn’t look trustworthy.

property needs a few things to make it much better... exhaust fans in toilet and bathroom, better showerhead, new shower door, kitchen fan that can be plugged in, similar with bedroom a/c, No SOAP provided at all, washing machine didn't work when we were there, many fly screens torn... Plus side plenty of plates, cutlery etc. big bin, sofas serviceable, good outdoor entertaining area

The house was what we needed. Short walk and your close enough to everything needed. House itself was well present, tad on the cold side as some windows didnt fully shut. But a provided heater did the job. Oven doesn't seal to well so cooking dinner took a little longer, not really an issue if you plan on eating out every meal. We had dinners at home bar 1 when we went out. But i feel we aren't the norm. Small nuetal feedback would only be the noise. Ownera coming in late or leaving very early (which i believe is unavoidable due to work so just something that woke us) plus i believe their son working on the car right by the front was a bit much when we came back for a short rest. (Bit further back wouldn't have felt so invasive whilst on holidays) we drive a loud car so we would have been just as much a bother, so apologise. Again not issues if ur out and about just something we noticed.
