The bright kitchen/dining area with terrace access has a dining bar-table for 4 and is perfect for having breakfast, lunch and dinner in complete privacy. All essential utilities like a oven, and fridge-freezer are installed for an absolutely carefree stay.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and the laundry room on the first floor.

The three cities (Birgu, Senglea and Cospicua) offer an intriguing insight into Malta and its history, and they are all within walking distance of the property. The townhouse is only a five-minute walk from the sandy beach of Rinella Bay and the wonderful Esplora Interactive Science Centre. The seafront offers several bars, restaurants and shops for a hassle-free holiday. You can also head to Birgu Harbour, a 15-minute walk from here, where you will find numerous bars and restaurants.

The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny, with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. Its remarkably mild winters and piercing blue skies make it ideal for long walks in the lush countryside. You can enjoy some of the clearest waters in the Mediterranean, walking/trekking tours, land and water sports and Maltese festivals. Malta International Airport is about twenty minutes away by car or taxi. The Rinella bus stop is just a five-minute walk from here, with frequent service to Valletta as well as other towns along the way.
