Villa Niki by the sea

Luxurious stone house 130m2 at a 50 m. distance from the beach of Massouri, from a lot of excellent restaurants , super markets, shops and bars of Kalymnos. From every side of the house you will find a veranda or a patio with a wonderful view of the small picturesque island of Telendos. In each part of the house you can enjoy having a barbecue, working out or having yoga course, drinking your wine or reading your book.
There are 200 m2 wonderful terraces around the villa with outside cooking areas, a stone barbecue set , garden furniture , two chaises longue and a garage for one vehicle.
The house is built on 3 levels and it has 2 entrances.

Perfect Location for a relaxing holiday
This spacious property is superbly located in the lovely village of Massouri. It has the most fabulous views across to Telendos and a short 2 minute walk and you're on the beach. There are also pool bars locally if you prefer a pool to the sea. There are regular buses to Porthia making it easy to get the ferry to Kos and for €3 you can take the ferry from Myrties to Telendos which goes every half an hour until midnight. There is plenty to do. We did a lot of walking, visited the cave a Skalia, swam and kayaked. We hired both a scooter and a car (not at the same time) from the wonderful Kalymnos Scooter Rental situated right next to the Villa. Massouri can get quite busy in the evenings giving it a lovely vibrant holiday vibe, but it is not a heavy drinking late night resort. There are plenty of nice friendly restaurants to choose from and some lovely shops. We very much enjoyed our three weeks at Villa `Nikki and are planning to return next year.

Wonderful villa
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and the terraces are super nice. Totally recommend it.

Incredible location in Masouri, friendly+helpful host, lovely house.
Niki greeted us at the house upon arrival, after offering to talk to the taxi driver to make sure we arrived without trouble, and then she showed us around the beautiful house. She messaged quickly back when we had any questions, and was so generous. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and has 3 verandas, one of which is this amazing two-level thing with an incredible view of Telendos. The house is right in town and it's easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, groceries, and there are even scooter rental shops everywhere. I doubt it could have been a more ideal location. As for climbing, there were several awesome areas within a 30 minute walk (door to crag), including Grande Grotta. Less obvious was a stairway just south of the house that goes straight up the hill to Gerakios - Trois Ilots.

Perfect house for a holiday
Villa Niki is a very nice house. It has all the comfort you need for your holiday. The location is also perfect, naar the beach, the shops and the Climbing spots. Owner Niki was very kind and helpfull to arrange the taxi and informed us about the actual timetable of the ferry. All in all, highly recommended!
