Unzumutbarer Zustand
Als wir das Mobilheim, wie vereinbart, um 15 Uhr beziehen wollten, war dort noch die Reinigungskraft beschƤftigt und wir mussten 45 Minuten auf die "Fertigstellung" warten.
Nachdem wir um 15.45 Uhr endlich unser Feriendomizil betreten konnten, nahmen wir zunƤchst einen penetranten Geruch wahr und versuchten, dies durch groĆzĆ¼giges DurchlĆ¼ften zu beheben. Als wir dann unsere mitgebrachten Lebensmittel im KĆ¼hlschrank und in der KĆ¼che verstauen wollten, stieĆen wir auf verschmutzte und verklebte FlƤchen, TĆ¼ren und Griffe; auch in der SpĆ¼le waren noch diverse Schmutzspuren zu beseitigen. In den SchrƤnken fanden wir ausschlieĆlich schmutziges, verklebtes Geschirr, GlƤser und Bestecke vor, woran zum Teil noch Lebensmittelreste hafteten. SƤmtliche KĆ¼chengerƤte befanden sich in einem unzumutbaren Zustand, angefangen von der vollkommen verschmutzten und verklebten Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, ebenso wie der Toaster bis hin zu einem vƶllig verdreckten Backofen, dessen Zubehƶrteile unter einer Schmutz-, Fett- und KrĆ¼melschicht kaum noch erkennbar waren. Beim Aufkochen von Wasser im Wasserkocher lƶsten sich darin Schmutzpartikel von den HeizstƤben, so dass auch dieses GerƤt unbrauchbar war.
Unter den Betten befanden sich neben diversen Schmutz- und Staubpartikeln mehrere BehƤltnisse mit Katzenstreu, auĆerdem benutzte PartyspieĆe und Unterhosen. Die Decken, BezĆ¼ge und Kissen, von Bett, Couch und StĆ¼hlen war verschmutzt und rochen muffig. Im Wohnzimmer fanden wir zugemĆ¼llte SchrƤnke vor. Auf den Bƶden und Teppichen befand sich Staub, Schmutz, Tierhaare und zum Teil undefinierbare Partikel.
