We have 2 rental options, to keep our costs reasonable for smaller parties, who don't need all the space we have to offer.

*Option #1 - Main house with Ohana - 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8)

It includes:

- Master Bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom and ocean view. Includes outdoor private garden shower + den with queen sleeper sofa separated with Shoji screen divider. There is a separate entrance to the den, when the Shoji screens are closed. Powder room can be used as the bathroom for family that sleep here. Best for young children -see floor plan and photos to make your decision on what's best for you!

- 2nd Bedroom with choice of either One King Bed OR 2 x twins, and ensuite bathroom (please let us know which you prefer)

- Ohana Suite has a master king bed with ensuite bathroom and view of the ocean.

*Option#2 - ADD Master Bedroom II Suite (OPTIONAL lock off)

- Large private suite with Cal King Bed, ensuite bath, private outdoor shower, desk and gorgeous view of the water from bed.

This suite can be added on to your rental for $450 per night ( it is only rented as an addition to the house rental for people that need to sleep 10, or that want a second luxury master experience)

Our entire home can be viewed on the floor plan, to better understand the layout. It includes:

- 4 bedrooms and sleeping Den with queen sleeper sofa

- 4 ½ bathrooms

- 3 outdoor showers

- Large sunny lanai next to infinity pool

- 3 outdoor seating vignettes surrounded by tropical landscapes;

- Stunning 270-degree ocean, sunset and mountain views;

- Best house location in the resort for view, privacy and beach proximity.

- Large open plan kitchen and great room with 2 island bars with views to to the west facing infinity pool and Lanai

- Hot Tub on lower patio next to Outdoor gas fire table.

- Sub-zero and Wolf appliances – perfect for couples or families to cook together;

- Modular Outdoor Kitchen

-Char-Broil Platinum - 5 burner Tru -infared Grill + Entertainment centre

- High definition old 75" TV in all bedrooms - Hulu, Apple, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney , ESPN

- Opening skylights and 16' sliding doors that naturally cool the house with mountain and ocean breezes;

- Air-conditioning

- High speed wireless internet 1000 mps and office desk equipped with printer

- Large washer/dryer

- cleaning services available on request for an extra fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the pool can be heated to 80 degrees or higher for an extra cost of approximately $55 a day -Propane costs monitored

Resort Amenities:

Amenities at the resort include two championship quality golf courses, the Mauna Kea Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., and the Hapuna Prince Golf Course. The Mana Kea Club provides tennis courts, hotel pool and beach service, two spas, along with two fitness centers, fitness classes and water sports through Mauna Kea Beach centres.

For $195 a day, for 3 bedroom and $260 for 4 bedroom, you can purchase a guest club membership from the Mauna Kea club office that will give everyone staying at the house, can enjoy the club membership amenities below:

- Charging privileges at the restaurant, bars and spas at both resorts.

- Access to Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resort pool and beach services (including member beach parking, beach loungers, umbrellas, and towel service)

- Reduced rates at Mauna Kea and Hapuna Golf Courses and Mauna Kea Seaside Tennis Club

- Use of Mauna Kea Hotel and Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel deluxe fitness centers and fitness classes (charges may apply for classes)

*Club at Mauna Kea Cost (separate from rental cost) Please note that daily fee is calculated for the entire length of stay and cannot be modified to include only certain days, however, the days of arrival and departure are charged as just ONE day.
