The room, hotel and grounds were all clean and well kept. There were some large groups staying during our visit, but there was still ample room for breakfast and an abundance of decent quality food. The Receptionist was very professional and helpful (including sharing a map of local restaurants). The walk to the local restaurants was reasonable - we were there 3 nights and ate at a different restaurant each night - all had a great atmosphere and delicious food. The furthest being a 25 minute stroll, but the evening weather was lovely and warm and so a pleasant way to enjoy the time.

Clean and basic

I stayed for a week. Midweek I asked why no one had come to take out the trash or give new towels. They said room cleaning is “by request” but there is a sign in the room that says they come every 3rd day. They need to clarify which is true.

Room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had great options! Pool was very dirty. Laundry facilities were not great due to multiple machines being out of order. It was also difficult for payment to process as laundry facilities.

Extremely noisy air conditioner!

The air conditioner was ridiculously noisy all night making it next to impossible to get any sleep. We won’t be back!!!!

Smelly room.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review for our stay. When we opened the door to our room, if smelled like dog pee. We hoped the room was just stale, so we turned on the a/c to get some air moving. Long story short, the urine smell never went away and ended up waking me in the night. Disappointed.

Sticky mess

Inside the room was just fine. Out side however. Less than to be desired. Sticky floors throughout, nasty dirty pool, unusable hot tub. Needless to say the next time we come to town we will be staying at one of the many other options.

A nasty tea bag that had bled on the floor by the refrigerator. This is my second stay here and both times I have had issues with the thermostat. The first time it was batteries the second time I assumed it was the same thing but the girl at the front desk told me that I had one of the rooms that was controlled at the actual unit

Liked the excellent hot breakfast in the morning, easy walking distance to shops and tourist attractions, and the rooms were clean and new. Bed was super-comfortable, and a nice-sized TV with HBO! What more could I ask for!
