Fantastic stone-built villa with distant sea views, spacious outdoor area for playing & relaxing, large 25 sqm pool, a romantic covered barbecue area, beautiful garden, suitable for children of all ages.

The enclosed, completely walled property offers you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation in absolute peace and privacy.

This 3 bedroom villa with 182 mĀ² living space on 2 floors with very high ceilings invites you to relax:

On the ground floor you will find a 42 mĀ² living room with 55 'satellite TV (+ DVD) and a large, open fireplace with a cozy reading / play area. Connected to this is the fully equipped 20 mĀ² kitchen with dining area. On the ground floor there is also a pantry (approx. 10 mĀ²), a large bathroom (approx. 13 mĀ²) and a bedroom (approx. 18 mĀ²).

From all rooms you can access the large terrace / garden with its own private swimming pool (25 mĀ²) and the romantic covered barbecue area through large French windows.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (approx. 20mĀ²) and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a whirlpool bath. One of the bedrooms has a 40 'satellite TV.

Almost good - some real problems.
First the goodā€¦The caretaker was friendly and available. Check in was easy. The outside is really pretty. Tons of lavender and other flowers. Attracts birds and bees. Lovely. Nice new furniture by pool. Nice lawn. The house is really pretty and spacious. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Good location for going around. The badā€¦.The listing has QUIET written in bold. It is the opposite. It is LOUD and NOT PRIVATE. Thereā€™s a huge three story apartment going up next door. They were LOUD, music blaring and gawking the whole time. They stared at my wife naked in the window and made her feel like she couldnā€™t be by pool without being ogled. This ruined her privacy - Also. lawns were being mowed from two sides for two days. You cannot control lawn mowing, but the construction should ABSOLUTELY be disclosed. Instead, itā€™s a disingenuous listing. Itā€™s not quiet. Not at all. The REALLY BADā€¦This home is heavily smoked in. It was so heavily scented with cigarettes that my whole family took exception. It smelled like my dead relatives apartment that was smoked in for 30 years. This could have happened recently as the older reviews didnā€™t mention it. Iā€™m not sure, but it was unbearable and we spent as little time as possible in the house. We couldnā€™t keep windows open due to massive amounts of mosquitos from the season. No screens, so we had to either endure the smell, or let in mosquitos. It was awful. We received a small refund for our trouble. We wouldnā€™t stay again.

Family getaway in Kanfanar
We had a lovely time at Villa Mira in early August. The house is clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The pool and garden are in good shape. This is a very quiet area but Rovinj is only 20 minutes away. I would recommend Villa Mira for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway in the countryside.

If you are looking for a facility that puts your stresses of life at ease- look no further. Quite and tranquil the accommodations are first class. Secluded, yet close to markets and beaches just 30 mins away. Did not want to leave- had to drag my family and dog to get into car to go home.

Wie haben 9 wunderschƶne Tage in der Villa Mira verbracht. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind an. Die Lage der Villa ist zwar entwas abseits, dies ist jedoch auch der Vorteil da es absolut ruhig ist und keiner Einsicht in den Liegebereich/Pool hat. Mit einem PKW ist man schnell an den verschiedenen StrƤnden bzw. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten. Die Aussstattung der Villa hat uns mehr als positiv Ć¼berrascht. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht, einschl. Spielzeug fĆ¼r die Kleinen sowie Lesestoff und Gesellschaftsspiele. Alle RƤume verfĆ¼gen Ć¼ber eine Klimaanlage, die BƤder sind modern und mit allem ausgestattet (einschl. Fƶn !) Auch in der KĆ¼che fehlt es an nichts. Wir kƶnnen diese Haus wirklich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr sympatisch und alles perfekt organisiert.

Super Urlaub!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Mira in Kanfanar wirklich sehr genossen. Sowohl der Innenbereich als auch der AuƟenbereich hat keine WĆ¼nsche offen gelassen. Die Ausstattung im ganzen Haus war Ć¼berragend. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen kann. Es fehlt einfach an NICHTS. Im Garten gab es Erdbeeren, Birnen, Zitronenmelisse, Weintrauben und viiieles mehr zur freien VerfĆ¼gung. Als Robert und seine Frau (Housekeeper) bei uns waren zum GieƟen und MƤhen, haben sie RĆ¼cksicht auf die Schlafenszeit zu Mittag meiner Tochter genommen. Man hat sie kaum wahrgenommen und waren sehr diskret. GroƟes Kompliment und Lob dafĆ¼r. Man ist in einer halben Stunde in Pula, Porec Rovinj etc. Wenn ihr noch einen freien Zeitraum findet, bucht es, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. :) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Empfang hat alles geklappt, die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Klima in jedem Zimmer, Pool erfrischend kĆ¼hl und perfekt zum Planschen. Sogar ein Willkommensgruss der Vermieterin hats gegeben. Einziger Wehmutstropfen - Die Betten sind zu kurz und die Matratzen mĆ¼ssten ausgetauscht werden. Aber absolut zu empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit schƶnem Garten
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und grosszĆ¼gig. Es sind alle ausstattungen vorhanden die man benƶtigt. Vor allem die KĆ¼che ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller Garten und ein schƶner Pool. In Kanfanar gibt es zwei SupermƤrkte in denen man alles findet was man brauch. In ca 30 Minuten kommt man mit dem Auto an viele Bademƶglichkeiten am Meer. Der schƶne Limski Kanal ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es zwei gute Restaurants (Viking und Fjord). Absolut zu empfehlen.

Schƶnheit mit der ein oder anderen TĆ¼cke
An sich ist das Haus wirklich super schƶn und hat viel Charme. Auch das GrundstĆ¼ck und die AuƟenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und schƶn angelegt. Leider haben wir fĆ¼r uns jedoch ein paar Mankos feststellen mĆ¼ssen wƤhrend unserem Aufenthalt. Zum einen sind die Betten wirklich unbequem und sehr klein. Mein Mann (1,90m groƟ) konnte sich nicht einmal im Bett ausstrecken. Die zuvor erwƤhnte tolle AuƟenanlage ist viel bepflanzt mit Lavendel und Blumen - dadurch sind allerdings Massen von Insekten vorhanden, was wirklich unschƶn ist vor allem mit Hund. Unser Hund ist mehrfach von Wespen und Bienen gestochen worden. Auch ich selbst leide unter Wespenallergie sodass der Urlaub fĆ¼r mich purer Stress war, da ich am Pool stƤndig mit den Wespen am kƤmpfen war.. Was leider auch sehr schade war: das Haus ist unheimlich stark von Ameisen befallen. 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer waren an den Fenstern komplett Ć¼bersƤt, sodass wir jeden Abend Ameisengift ausbringen mussten und diese mit dem Staubsauger entfernen. Insgesamt ein schƶnes und sĆ¼ĆŸes Haus - wir wĆ¼rden jedoch mit Hund nicht wieder kommen.

Villa Mira - traumhaftes Ferienhaus in Istrien
Alles ist so wie es einem die wundervollen Fotos in der Beschreibung schon vorab vermitteln. Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern (5+8+10 Jahre) und unserer Labrador-HĆ¼ndin den Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Das Highlight ist der wunderbare Garten und der erfrischende Pool.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in villa Mira. de villa is centraal gelegen wat het voor uitstapjes zeer aantrekkelijk maakt. De tuin met kruiden, het zwembad en de veranda met bbq zijn geweldig. In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. We hebben met ons gezin genoten van een heerlijke week in villa Mira.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wunderschƶn von der Bauart und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren fasziniert. Es war blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man sich denken mag. Wir fĆ¼hlten uns gleich willkommen. Als Gastgeschenk erhielten wir eine Flasche sehr schmackhaftes Olivenƶl. Herzlichen Dank. Auch die KrƤuter und FrĆ¼chte vom Hof und Garten konnten wir mit nutzen. Es war alles sehr lecker. Auch dafĆ¼r vielen Dank. - Der AuƟenbereich ist wunderschƶn angelegt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Unsere kleine franzƶsiche Bulldogge hat sich auch sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist eingezƤunt, somit hatte sie alle Freiheiten, die sie brauchte. Die Lage des FH ist sehr schƶn ruhig und wir haben den Ausblick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Mirjana war sehr herzlich und auch die Christina hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheiƟen. Das Wetter hat uns auch nicht im Stich gelassen, so konnten wir uns am Pool erholen und auch die wunderschƶne Landschaft Istriens mit den zauberhaften Orten erkunden. Rundum ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit vielen neuen bezaubernden EindrĆ¼cken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt gepasst. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wollten vom Haus eigentlich gar nicht weg. Istrien bietet viele tolle Ausflugsziel, die sich vom Haus sehr gut erreichen lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Ein sehr schƶnes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen.
Dieses mit Liebe gestaltete und eingerichtete Ferienhaus lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Wir kƶnnen diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus
Wir waren als Familie mit Hund hier. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet (es fehlt an nichts). Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist komplett ummauert/eingezƤunt, so kƶnnten wir unseren Hund auch frei laufen lassen. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand, weshalb es auch sehr ruhig war. Wir haben AusflĆ¼ge nach Rovinj, Porec, Pula und natĆ¼rlich ans Meer unternommen. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man einen Supermarkt (wir sind immer mit Hund gelaufen). Hier bekommt man alles, was man benƶtigt (auch ausgezeichnete Steaks vom Metzger, der eine Theke im Supermarkt hat). Mehrmals die Woche waren kurz GƤrtner (es musste aufgrund der Hitze mehrmals gegossen werden) und Poolboy da. Diese haben sich sehr diskret verhalten und nicht gestƶrt. Fazit: 5 Sterne fĆ¼r ein perfektes Haus. Wenn wir noch mal nach Istrien kommen, dann wieder hier her. Danke.

Wunderschƶne Unterkunft welche keine WĆ¼nsche offen lƤsst.
Wir verbrachten einen wirklich wunderschƶnen Urlaub mit unseren kleinen Kindern in der Villa Mira. Das Haus lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Die AuƟenanlage ist einfach traumhaft. Im Haus findet man alles vor was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man spĆ¼rt sofort, dass die EigentĆ¼mer hier selbst viel Zeit verbringen. Wir empfehlen das Haus allen Urlaubern, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Familienurlaub verbringen wollen und denen eine 20 minĆ¼tige Entfernung (mit dem Auto) zum Meer und nƤchster grĆ¶ĆŸerer Stadt nichts ausmacht. Wir kommen jedenfalls bestimmt mal wieder :-)

Die Villa rettete unsere Laune
Unser Urlaub begann bereits eine Woche vorher in Italien. Wir waren als 3 befreundete PƤrchen unterwegs und hatte in diesem Urlaub vor, uns auf den Sommer einzustimmen. Das Wetter in Italien war leider deutlich kƤlter als wir hofften und die Aussichten fĆ¼r Kroatien sahen anfangs auch nicht besser aus. Trotzdem freuten wir uns auf die Villa und hofften, das alles so schƶn ist, wie im Internet beschrieben. Mirjana empfing uns persƶnlich und zeigte uns das ganze Haus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfĆ¼llt. Die Villa ist in der RealitƤt genauso schƶn wie im Internet dargestellt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und vielleicht sogar zu Hause vergessen hat. Hier wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail geartbeitet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und auch an den KrƤutern aus dem KrƤutergarten haben wir uns gern bedient. Selbst das Wetter hatte ein Einsehen und war ab dem 3. Tag so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Da Kroatien sowieso traumhaft schƶn ist, hatten wir eine perfekte Woche und konnten dank der Sonne auch den Pool reichlich nutzen. In Kanfanar selbst gibt es zwar nicht viel zu sehen, aber nach kurzer Fahrt mit dem Auto gelangt man schnell in alle touristischen Highlights und kann anschlieƟend die schƶne Villa in Ruhe genieƟen.

Januar 2018/19
Wir, Ehepaar 50+, verbrachten 5 Tage im Januar in der Villa Mira. Das Haus (innen/auƟen) entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Die Betreuung vor Ort bei Ankunft und Abreise war perfekt. Wir bewohnten nur das Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. KĆ¼che ist voll ausgestattet. Selbst im Badezimmer/WC waren von der Vermieterin Hygieneartikel/Putzmittel etc. bereitgestellt worden. Schlafzimmer EG: Was uns persƶnlich gestƶrt hat waren die knarzenden Betten (veraltert) und die Fenster waren leider nicht zu kippen, nur ganz zu ƶffnen. Ansonsten gute Matratzen. Da es sehr kalt war Anfang Januar mussten wir mit AC und Standheizkƶrper heizen, was gut funktionierte, allerdings war das Stromnetz damit auch schnell Ć¼berlastet. Allgemein: Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage - auƟer die Nachbarn werkeln gerade in ihren GrundstĆ¼cken herum ;-) Ansonsten kƶnnen wir die Villa Mira sehr empfehlen.
