Not as good as expected
The hotel was not up to standards that I would expect from a Wyndham Hotel. It appears that management is just doing enough to get by. The only reason I stayed there was that it was close to the medical center.

Hotel hallways had an overall bad, strong, garlicky smell. Parking side door (9) was hard to open, faulty door hinge. Absolutely no ice available in ice machine as it’s OFF instead of on for the guests. No working room main entrance light. Poor quality towels in bathroom. Shower head had heavy hard water residue. Tub faucet faulty. Outside pool closed & tarped. Loved the location but this hotels management needs to do better with the cleanliness & amenities for guests.

Awful hotel!
Had to try 3 rooms before we got a fairly decent room! First room was dingy and dirty, and had a broken toilet seat, and no maintenance on site to fix it...not even a screwdriver so my husband could tighten the bolt on the seat. After I threatened them, should my 80 year old husband or myself fall off the toilet seat because it wiggled around on the bowl, the manager moved us to another room, which didn't meet our approval either, and then onto yet a 3rd room...which we decided was in far better condition than the other 2 rooms. I would never stay at this particular Baymont EVER again...so don't let the website photos fool you! The only positive I can give about the hotel is that it had good water pressure.

Front desk agent at check in was rude and very unhelpful. The room was ok. Breakfast was very disappointing. They had next to no food choices and a very broken toaster. I would not stay here again

We arrived at the hotel with my family. We requested a ground floor room because a person in our party is in a wheelchair, meaning she could not walk upstairs. The hotel assigned us a room to meet our request. But the room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not safe for the older woman in our party. I requested another room. They granted our request, but the room we received was under construction. It wasn't until the third room that we settled in. We requested extra pillows, but they had none. The staff was friendly, but the accommodations were substandard. In my estimation, the per-day cost of the room is way more than the value of the accommodations.

The room floors were dirty. My white socks were brown when i left. I aaked for extra pillows . I was told they had none, but 80 percent of hotel was not occupied, so it should not have been that hard. There was a man near mybcar all night talking to himself and swearing. My boys were scared. I will not recommend this hotel again.

Pulling in for the night I was concerned- looked a little rough- front desk was fine and could tell had been renovated- room was fine- mattress was thinner than expected but slept fine - my concern was bedding was just not the best- very cheap and lightly stained in some areas- the staff was very nice and friendly-

Customer service was nonexistent. When I checked in, I greeted the lady at front desk 3 times. She didn't respond. I mainly forced a response by asking if something was wrong. On our 2nd day, we needed clean towels. i called the front desk several times, no one picked up.This was 3pm in the afternoon. I walked to the service desk, and behold, there was a lady at the desk!

The hotel is dated. The outside is run down and needs updating. The rooms have been updated but looks like they cut corners to save money. Trying to charge my credit card again a day after we checked out when it was charged out a day before we checked out.
