Welcome to The North 84. Book with us and you'll have access to a custom 12000 Square Foot Mansion situated on a private estate of 84 acres. Nestled up in the bluffs, every where on the property has breathtaking views of the Missouri River Valley. As you drive up the private airstrip which doubles as a driveway, you'll notice the private pond stocked with fish, vineyards, and lots of wildlife. The house itself features many ultra luxury appointments. Custom cherry wood floors, a master suite and bathroom with a jet tub, heated floors, and private changing rooms. Enjoy a movie or game with your family or guests in the private theater, billiard room. Have a cigar on the screened in porch or on the veranda.

great potential, lacking execution
The location is beautiful and the house is massive. We had 13 family members from infants to a great grandma. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and the common areas. Overall our stay was a huge success! However, I should point out: * the kitchen is lacking severely in basics like pots, pans and even coffee cups * tons of barware, but bring your own wine opener * the pond may be stocked, but it's barely accessible and completely unfishable due to algae * there are multiple bedrooms in the basement, but only one has any privacy and they all share a single bathroom.

We stayed here as a large group of extended family members and this could not have been more perfect. The property and home are absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and so many areas for everyone to spend time together. We will definitely be booking again when back in the area!

We booked this house for a graduation party for me and a couple friends. It ended up being the perfect house for the party and we would gladly book again! The movie room was a great addition and got a lot of use. The massive kitchen was great for preparing lots of food for our guests, as well as the big bar. The amount of bedrooms was also perfect as we had multiple people stay the night. The room with the surrounding balcony was great for our live music. The elevator helped move seats throughout that room from the basement. We would definitely book this house again for another event!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful property with lots of amenities. I highly recommend it! Please note that if you have a large number of overnighters that you should look into the sleeping arrangements ahead of time.

Very Fun Rental
We had an excellent stay at this location. The property is very unique and beautiful. Just exploring the house itself was an activity. The views from the house are wonderful. It is definitely the perfect place for a group gathering. My only suggestion for a better experience would be to have a better-stocked kitchen for guests who want to cook a meal. There wasn't a lot of cookware to use. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful inside and outside
The house was beautiful with lots of areas for our family to enjoy. We loved the game room, theater room, living room and huge kitchen for our family of 13 to gather and play. So many bedrooms for everyone to have their own space as well. The views outside are amazing and the house was decorated for the holiday which was a plus. We would love to stay here again for a getaway.

This landscape is beautiful. The decor is of the highest quality. The cost of renting this estate is a steal. You won’t want to leave once you arrive. The housekeeping needs to thoroughly clean the place before any guests occupy the place. Once that’s done you can relax and enjoy your purchase which is worth every dime spent.
