Blood stains on the sheets. Wall needs painted, looks like someone ripped a painting off of it. Front desk could be more welcoming. Won’t stay here again.

AC unit needed cleaned. Smelled like urine. Floor needed mopped or cleaned. Really dirty. Checked the mattresses for bugs, but they were stained, underneath the bedding. Bedding is clean. Walls needed painted. Wifi signal was weak. Pool was needing painted, but water was clean. Outside looked new, and landscaping was awesome. Prices were a little bit more than I thought it was worth. Website said it was 1.5 miles from KU Med center. I was going to the main hospital for treatments. The closer KU building is a treatment office. But not the only one.

The room was spacious, if an odd floor plan. Not the dirtiest room we've stayed in but the floors left our feet black and the shower curtain had visible mildew and smelled terrible. The mattress was one of the least comfortable. The towels were threadbare. Advertised free breakfast and it was honeybuns with signs all over saying they must be eaten in the dining area LOL!
