I booked 2 rooms through Expedia and arrived at the hotel to find out only one room was booked and ruined our whole trip as the birthday girl and her husband had to go stay at another hotel. Terrible Expedia service. I will never book through Expedia again

The room was nice, however the tub/shower had a clog/slow drain that stayed during showering. It is on a bust street. I asked about late check out (only until 1 p.m. because my event started at 3 and it was across the street) because I saw IHG had late check-out until 2 p.m., I was told 12 p.m was the latest. I do understand that happens. But due to the proximity of the event I attended, parked outside the hotel for about 2 hours. Overall it not terrible. It is extremely convient if you are going to the T-mobile center.

Terrible experience. Will never stay there again and recommend nobody does Very old building converted to a motel. Only 20 parking spaces in very small parking lot and guests have to pay $25/night or find offsite pay for parking several blocks away. They don’t advertise this until a non-refundable advance payment is made. A complete scam Street racers spinning tires all 4 nights there until about 2 AM and hotel apparently didn’t care to call the police. Impossible to get a full nights sleep Room was micro small. Only about 3’ total around the bed. Two people can’t pass each other without turning sideways Half of the elevators didn’t work It’s a horrible choice that should be avoid.

Great property. Although we were traveling and only staying one night it was great to get away from the hIghway hotels. This property is in a renovated 100 year old building and couldn’t have been better. Quiet, new everything! Michael checked us in immediately, offered cookies, explained the property and dining available in walking distance. You can go from great bars to steak houses in the Power and Light district two blocks away. Great stay for a Holiday Inn Express! More like a 4 star hotel.
