The hotel itself was really small. The bed was so lumpy, and incredibly uncomfortable that I didn't get much sleep. The hallways were very humid. The dining area for breakfast was small, the hallways for elevators were narrow, I almost couldn't get past the cleaning crew in the morning walking out of my room because of the narrow hallway. The check in lobby was tiny. The only good things were the hot breakfast and the easy parking. I would not recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent. I give that a 5 out of 5. For the price, it wasn’t exactly worth it. Outdated and dingy. There were ants crawling all over the breakfast food. There is 1 elevator, located in a cramped hallway you could barely get your luggage through.

We were attending an event with bus shuttles from Ball Event Center/Garmin campus... so a convenient location. Easy to get on/off I35 and to many nearby restaurants also

The location was great. The room was noisy, bathtub had rust in it, the light was out in the bathroom. There was no coffee and the coffee pot very dirty.

Staff was great, however upon walking into the room you the smell was awful. It smelled moldy or musty. We had no control over our room temperature. After setting the air on 68 degrees, the air was a constant 74. We were in town for a tournament, it served it's purpose as a place to sleep overnight.
