The place was nice and clean but housekeeping did not provide basic needs such as clean towels and toilet paper. I was there for 5 nights and had to ask twice for these items.

Our check in (booked through Expedia) was awful. Guy couldn’t find our reservation. It was 1:30 am by the time we got to town, so we were unamused. I had to produce my confirmation email and suddenly he could find it. Had to spell Ford and spell Explorer to register our vehicle. There were tons of open rooms and instead of being put in the refurbished rooms, we got an old room that smelled like old cigarette smoke. The property manager was nice and the refurbished lobby area and newer rooms were awesome. Great AC, comfortable beds (although very small). It was a great price! They just need to retrain or skim the employees who don’t have a handle on customer service.

The property is under renovation, the room we stayed in was updated. It was clean and comfortable for a night for the price. What I did not know upon booking was that there was a $150 deposit due at check in; pretty outrageous for this property in my opinion. I would have chosen another property in this price range had I known. Staff stated this is a new policy in the past month.

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay there on an overnight trip. The hotel is going through renovations but the lobby and the rooms we were in were great. Clean, updated, comfortable beds and pillows. Good convenient location right off interstate and close to many restaurants in just a few minutes drive. I’d recommend it.
