The streetcar construction has the whole block entrance blocked off, but that's not even the worst part. The Marriott on Plaza has really gone downhill. I had to wait 20 minutes because the elevator system was down and couldn't check out. Then, when I finally got to the parking garage, the garage door wouldn't open, forcing me to take an alternate route. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in before. Overall, this was hands down the worst Marriott experience I've had in a long time.

The staff and actual hotel room were good. However, the parking garage is an absolute nightmare (and way overpriced). There is no room in it, almost impossible to park if you have anything larger than a small car, and NO marked exit, so I drove down to the entrance of it and it’s only one way. When I found the exit there was no room to properly get my vehicle into it that I deeply scraped my passenger back door on the pillar corner (that other people clearly have hit as there is padding on it) and then the exit gate dropped down ONTO MY VEHICLE immediately after I took my reprint out of the machine so my hood got scratched as well. I will never stay here or with Embassy Suits ever again.
