Most of my time was spent away ftom the hotel, visiting family. The pool was very nice. Facility was very clean. Staff was helpful with questions and when i needed help with my tv. The heating/cooling unit was not working correctly. The breakfast was ok but a change up of offerings might have been nice. Shower pressure was not always strong. Overall, i appreciated the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Unfortunate Stay
Upon arrival the room smelled not the best, looked as tho the floors had not been vacuumed or sweeped/mopped. The door knobs were covered in idk and the remote was super sticky. The bed was made but made me question things due to the cleanliness of the actual room. The bed frame was dirty and there was a couple dirty pillows that we opted not to use. We were also right by the stair door which was very inconvenient late at night as people seemed to love to let it slam shut so we didn’t get much sleep. We did leave a day early and I did let the front desk lady know, she was super sweet and said she would let her manager know so hopefully they can make sure the next people who stay in there have a better experience. Also am hoping that they reimburse me my money that they have charged for a 4th night as we did not stay a 4th night. Hope they get things right. Usually enjoy my stay at Wyndham hotels but this was a no for me.

Great value for the family
Loved the 3 Queen room for our family. Plenty of space for what we needed. Room looked to have newer carpeting and the lobby area was very updated. Hotel was very busy while we were there, so the breakfast was a bust as there were so many people and kids literally everywhere and many items were out of stock because it was difficult for them to restock, but the staff were definitely trying. The pool was fairly small for a hotel with so many rooms, and again it was overrun by children due to the number of people there- nothing anyone can do about that. The hot tub is also extremely small and the jets were lackluster at best. But all in all, it was a great stay at an even better price. It was probably more than expect r for the price we paid.

The staff and service was incredible. Everyone on staff was incredibly inviting. The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool could be a little cleaner and the hot tub was not very hot, but that wasn't a big deal for my kids. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Loved the 3 queen beds. Our only complaint was that the tv didn’t work at all while we were there. When I went to ask about it, I was immediately told the internet is out. Turns out we needed to press some buttons on the tv….never figured it out. Oh well.

We were there for 1 night. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on that. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Service was great, shower never turned off, pillows were meh and they didn’t have a wall thermostat. Temperature was controlled by one of the under the window radiators that kicks on and off all night…. Not the best sleep I’ve ever had but the staff was nice and breakfast was good
