So the motel itself was just as you’d expect- a motel. It was clean and functional. The staff provided for our needs- which was basically our room key. We got our night’s sleep (which was desperately needed) and checked out the next day. Someone commented that it was a roach motel but I didn’t see that to be the case- it was clean and functional without evidence of roaches or bed bugs. The area around felt somewhat questionable. Obviously the cheap price is not going to bring in the most desirable clientele, however I did not feel unsafe at all. My adult children (and one almost adult child) slept in one room while my youngest and I shared the second room.

Check in clerk was very quick and polite. Room was clean especially considering it’s the cheapest room in all of Olathe! If you go through hotels.com you’ll be emailed at 12:56am to write a review asking about your stay! Thanks hotels.com!

Room amenities are in worst condition. AC is not cooling at all. Room does not have any amenities; no coffee machine, no ironing stuff, no fridge microwave. Chair and table legs are shaking.

BED BUGS! I stayed in room 208, and was on a short trip, stayed less than one night, and woke up with bites on my hand, arm, back, face, ear. The room was "clean" but it did have a horrendous smell. I had to open the door and window for a while. Eventually you get used to it, but when you go out and come back in, blarg. The staff were GREAT! Dog POOP EVERYWHERE.
