This is an old, run down Comfort Inn. The signs are still in place in some areas. It was "remodeled" last fall according to the desk. They have slapped some paint on the watls, replaced matteresses with cheap and extra hard units and my room appeared to have had very poorly but recently replaced vanity top/sink and toilet that retained the old and exposed drain pipe. Carpets were not replaced, public areas were not rehabilitated and does still retain the smell of old cigarette smoke, albeit faintly. Walls are so thin I could clear make out conversations at the pool outside. Water pressure in the shower was very poor but on a good note, the water did stay hot for the duration. One of the both towels had old stains in it. I did not partake in the offered breakfast but it appeared to be standard fare for facilities of this level. This facility checks all the boxes for basic functionality but I would not recommned if other options are available.

Cleanest hotel room I have been in for many years, literally spotless! Daily housekeeping provided plenty of towels and toiletries. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and easy to locate and pull into from the highway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, great customer service from all the staff. Great hours for breakfast and have a large variety of items for everyone. The room was very clean just a bit of dust in some areas. Totally recommend staying here you have many stores in the area and easy access to the main highways and more.

Check in was easy, the attendant was very polite. The walls and floors are thin so noise does carry and rooms on the first floor can sound like a herd of elephants is stampeding above you in the middle of the night. I didn’t complain as it wasn’t unbearable. I would stay again if the need should arise

For the price it was good...clean with comfortable beds. Downside was the toilet seat would not stay up and they installed motion sensors for the light switches somthe 3 AM bathroom treck turned on main room and bright bathroom lights!! First world problems I ADMIT!

I Think the Quality Inn itself was nice. The area surrounding was kind of out of the normal for me. Not used to being in "busier" city areas. No fault of the Hotel though. I felt safe inside for sure, so I greatly appreciated that. The staff was very nice, all smiles, and the room was ready for us upon arrival. I would stay again.

When first arriving the room we were given was not clean and housekeeping told us it would be 30 minutes. We were given another room, fitted sheet had holes on one bed and comforter was stained. Could her noise from rooms above and beside all night. The girl working the check in was nice though.

At the check in an asked multiple times to make sure there was a pullout bed which is what I booked. I was told yes. When we got to the room and my son pulled out the bed and no mattress. I went to the desk and was told they don’t keep extra mattresses and they didn’t know what to do. Finally they gave us a very u comfortable cot that I had to help pack up a flight of stairs because there is no elevator. Pool was closed. Hotel basically said sorry bout ya and would not even partially refund our stay. Definitely not worth the $160 it cost me to stay there. Never again
