I checked in around 11:30pm on September 21st, 2024. The front desk guy was very very good with customer relations. Even though I’ve stayed there before I walk away from the front desk after check out wanting to stay there again when I’m in town. I’ve been staying in KC every week this last year and look forward to driving a little farther to Radisson if it is available. Improvements are coming along in flooring etc. But it’s a clean place

The hotel was too highly rated, from the entrance to the "hotel", worst than a Motel, it smelled, very old carpet, moldy, extremely old fashioned furniture, and to top it off, we were awoken at 8am, housekeeper wanted to service the room, very disappointed.

This was a pretty good room for the money. It is an older hotel & can use some minor updates and maintenance done. We saw several places where walls needed to be painted & a small hole in wall in the room. Everything was clean however & bed was comfortable.

Everything, and all staff was absolutely a 10 Star customer service hands down the best and I will always be back with my boys it felt like we were part of the family thank you very much there's a one tiny problem the hot tub was cold but other than that it was fantastic
