We had a great stay here for the Thanksgiving holiday. Jason M., the front desk manager, was so kind and helpful, as were all the staff. Expedia messed up our reservation and Jason did everything he could to straighten it out and help us have a great stay. He waived some fees and got us a good rate (because I had to pay twice due to Expedia's error.)

It was ok but nothing great
I will say this location is a pretty good one if you'd like to stay in the Country Club Plaza area. The hotel room was dated and the lighting in the room was not great. Also the shower was dark because the lighting was not good in there either. The room was clean, but, the bed wasn't all that comfy. It definitely needed a reno or some updating. The breakfast was very good.

Paid for overnight parking, but found out the secure parking area was very small. A slightly larger unsecured area had room for us, but wondered why we had to pay for parking that was no better than parking on the street. Hot water was only tepid. Not acceptable.

The hotel was filthy and smelled horrible. The elevator door did not open all the way, there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker, your feel stuck to the carpet in your room. The windows form our room did not look outside, instead the windows openned up to the breakfast buffet.
