The shower needed repairs. The breakfast was very much below average. It was very limited, the eggs were cold, oatmeal fixings were there but no oatmeal. The potatoes we awful. There were people smoking crack in the parking lot. The breakfast selection was very limited. The gym was good and the beds, pillows were really good. Having the bar part of the front desk was very unappealing. A man was drinking at the bar 4 feet away from me, at the same countertop as I was checking in.

The room was nice and affordable. Very roomy! Complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping came knocking at 9am and was rude when we asked them to move on. Morning front desk attendant was very nice and understanding when I realized I had left an item in the room after checking out. Would stay there again!

Excellent stay! Friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed, great (friendly,smooth and safe) ride to MCI, extremely clean place, good hot breakfast (except the eggs- those were bad as hotel eggs always seem to be). Not the hotel's fault, but be aware: Bring a post-it note to stick over the blue button on the mirror if you have trouble with night-lights. Not sure why the engineers who designed the new mirrors thought that was a good idea, but they are in a lot of hotels. Mirror is in the room, so that kept me up until I figured out how to cover it.

Best stay ever.
Eva was the best. She was our check-in. She bent over backwards for us. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. I might suggest a blanket. Sheets aren't enough and quilts are too much.
