I didn't like the pool area so much because it was cold in there. It was well kept however and my grandsons loved it. So that's what was important to me. Everyone was so very nice and the Continental breakfast was pretty good as well. We had a wonderful stay and the location was very convenient to many things. I was there for the Hallmark Christmas Experience and found our accommodations not far at all from those activities.

Absolutely horrid hotel. The ceiling was falling apart, the bed had rips and what looked like cigarette burns. The rooms smelled awful like cigarettes. The building was falling apart. Not at all what the reviews indicated or the pictures. I had to fight to get my money back but was eventually given a refund after an exhaustive argument.

The room stayed cold. The heater was very loud which required the TV to be up louder. There was roaches in the bathroom. Water in the sink didn't get hot, only warm.

The elevator wasn’t working and they put us up on 3rd floor. The heater wasn’t working and blowing cold air. The rooms were semi clean and overall it was one of the worst hotels I stayed at.

So the room was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was not the best. Wish the pool table was useable. Pool was not open as i was told it would be open at 10am and close 10pm upon my arrival. But it was never open before 2 or 4pm and they would close it at 5pm. very very disappointing for kids. Pool furniture was all very messed up and broken. I would not stay here agin!! Very sad and pictures where not what you see on the app

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. We got in late, so we didn't really see or do much other than our room, which was clean and roomy. Do feel the carpet on the stairs needs cleaned. Would stay again when in the area.

The hotel photos don’t match hotel. Smelled really bad and not a great place to stay with family. Hotels.com service is not great phone service is horrible and ratings for hotels are false.
