Never got my sand buckets for my kids they were disappointed and butler never showed up lack of communication.One suggestion yal would like to say the show isn’t for kids I believe it’s the rock show very not kid friendly.I would suggest more entertainment..

I had some really great experiences and some not so great. We waited for almost an hour to get checked in, and then we were told our rooms were not ready, even after we arrived after the check in time. After checking in and almost immediately walking out of the lobby's doors we were approached by whom I thought was someone giving us a tour of the resort. Little did I know they were trying hard to sell my husband and I excursions, and dinner theaters tickets, and followed us everywhere we went. After a long flight, an hour of waiting to check in, being hassled like that is not acceptable. We then waited another hour and a half for our rooms to become ready. We then proceeded to get our bags and have a shuttle take us to our rooms and it was an unorganized mess trying to get a cart and a shuttle for us. We were pretty frustrated that first day with the check-in process, the time it took, and being hassled with just barely stepping foot out the door. Spa-massage was fantastic, I had to wait an hour to go back into my room though. We were suppose go get 2 hydrotherapy sessions each, 1 before the massage and one to use the next day. They had forgot about us, and we never ended up being able to use though due to time and my sister becoming sick. Food was excellent. I have a food allergy, and they were very attentive to that allergy. Do not eat at is the stand alone BBQ at White Sands Pool. My sister got Shigella from there and ended up in the ER and is still sick.

Took 2.5 hours to check in. The hotel did make it right after we told Expedia what happened and gave us complimentary Bali beds. We complained to the manager and she did nothing, until after we told Expedia. We did not receive any VIP access, as advertised. We paid to upgrade one of the rooms and the other two rooms received nothing. If we had not paid to upgrade to beach side, I couldn’t give them even an average rating. That was the only thing I liked about this resort, was the beach side The resort area was super clean, butlers were amazing, and grounds were pretty. We tipped well, so had good service. Thats about the only thing that went right. Three of us paid for massages and facials and we waited an hour to be called back. They forgot about us waiting and did not allow us to use the hydrotherapy at the spa. They apologized and told us we could come back and use the hydrotherapy, but at this point I was getting sick from food poisoning. I contracted a highly contagious bacterial infection called “Shigella” from this resort. This ultimately ruined the last two days of my vacation and sent me to the ER. I ate a hamburger at the White Sands pool. I was the only that ate at the pool bar in our group of nine and the only one who got sick. The health department in the USA has been in contact with me, as it’s super contagious. I’m on day 8 of being sick, and can’t go back to work until the bacteria has left my body. This resort cost me more than just vacation funds.

Great family vacation. We stayed at the Family Selection Villas. We had butlers assigned to assist but most of the time it took too long for them to reply back. Exclusive dining, pool area, and a pool right outside of your balcony. You can visits other areas of the resort by golf cart or walking the well designed paths. There was no doubt we were in the jungle with many small animals walking around and stealing food. The buffet food was too basic and not well prepared for a resort of this caliber. I would have preferred Mexican style food instead of trying to cook American style food. Not one empanadas was available. The specialty restaurants were pretty good. The Bravo was entertaining. The nightly entertainment was thrilling and could use more theatrics but that’s just the opinion of a cruiser. Loved the pools but be prepared for the 5’3” depth. My girls loved the water park section. They brought out children’s jet skis at the pool and gave all the kids a chance to ride. Shout out to Fabiola who checked us in and changed our room. Antonio at Poseidon did a great job waiting on us. And Angelica provided exceptional service by keeping fresh towels and cleaned our room everyday. Overall this was a great family vacation. We will return in the future.

We booked the Grand Palladium Family Selection while down the road at a different resort, praying it was better than where we were. Thank goodness it was! It was beautiful. We stayed 5 nights in a swim up room and it was great. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The main pool was huge and the beach was wonderful. There was a lot to do to keep us entertained and busy. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful property. Not too much to do at the resort, needs more nightlife and activities over all. Some staff was friendly and helpful but others... lets just say, they didnt want to be there. Nothing is within walking distance so a car would be great if you stay here. Most of the food options were good at the buffet. The restaurants (if youre able to book) are good too especially the Tepiyaki style one.

We had a wonderful time. Amazing swimming pools, plenty of bars and restaurants, very good food with plenty of choice, room spacious, modern and comfortable, staff very nice, plenty of activities. Just be aware that sound insulation isn’t very good and the beach has some weeds (cleaned every day though).

Desde el recibimiento no me gustó, nosotros siempre nos hemos quedado en los riu es mucha la diferencia ellos son muy hospitalarios te reciben con un cóctel. La información es de lo mejor. En cambio en este hotel hablabas para recepción, nunca te hacían caso que iban a poder el reclamo, pero nunca te llamaba. No hay información clara para hacer reservación en los restaurantes es un problema grande y hasta el último supe dónde eran los shows de la noche. No es mi gusto honestamente

We really loved Grand Palladium! Plenty of dining options, pools to swim and the location was just perfect. Excellent WiFi although it was weather dependent. Staff were super accommodating and awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was well taken care of. There are golf carts that took us around so that was perfect. The pool was cleaned regularly. The butlers are the best! We couldn’t ask for more!
