The property was fantastic. The staff was amazing and the facilities were top notch. The only issue we encountered was the fact that my wife has celiac disease and was regular ensured that the meals were gluten-free. After each of the restaurant visits she got very sick. I love the property. Amazing staff that were extremely pleasant and accommodating during our stay. The only issue I had, was that our room had a very humid smell. But the staff came in and sprayed the curtains and put a neutralizer in the air vent to help. I would definitely go back!

Trs Review My fiancé and I had an amazing time celebrating our birthdays at TRS Yucatan. The service was exceptional. At check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink and a warm towel for our hands. We met our Expedia e-butler Fernanda who did a phenomenal job during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with intimate dinning to celebrate our birthdays. We stayed in villa 66 and our butler team Armando, Diego, and Francisco provided exceptional service. The food was great. We’ve been to a number of AI’s and this resort was by far the most luxurious with the food and service we received. We declined the premium upgrade but had no regrets and felt like we didn’t miss out. We did the archery activity on the property with Jael, it was a great time. The beach was crystal clear. There are iguanas on the property but they pretty much don’t bother anyone. All in all 10/10 recommend.

Loved the adults only!!! Fernanda was fabulous for making reservations and her personal touches made the vacation a 10 . Daniel was a ray of sunshine at breakfast and out personal butlers were very helpful!

Loved staying at TRS! The Adult only is definitely noticeable: everything is cleaner, the staff is so helpful, the diners are really good! Comparable to a night out in Toronto. The buffet food has a variety everyday, the gym was big and clean, and there’s a lot to do didn’t have time to do everything. The butler service is great as they’re extremely helpful in getting you what you need. We didn’t have to deal with anyone selling us any time shares and were respectful if we didnt want any add ons. Expedia provides a special concierge at the hotel and she went above and beyond to make our experience even better. Fernanda helped us get the best seats at the restaurants and gave us tips regarding the best places to visit on Playa Del Carmen. Will definitely be coming back!

We had an excellent experience at TRS and will definitely be going back. All the facilities and grounds were attractive, neat and well maintained. the shuttle service worked well as the resort is quite spread out. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The infinity pool and TRS beach looked great and had beautiful views. The staff at TRS are excellent. Everyone is attentive and friendly and seem genuinely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Karen & Ramiro at El Gaucho and Areli, Cindy & Cesar at La Boheme were standouts as were the meals. However, all the TRS restaurants had excellent staff and food. Initially there was an issue with our dinner reservation the first night, however Jonathan resolved the situation immediately. He also went out of his way to ensure our dining experiences were special the rest of our stay. At the beach bar Lucianna, Marcos & Marco made sure everyone was well taken care of. Also the attendants were always on hand to get towels or help set up umbrellas…etc., often responding even before being asked. The past few years we have been to several similarly priced resort in the area and TRS Yucatan is the one we will go back to.

Expedia knocked it out the park, a wonderful young lady from Expedia met us several times and to make our trip special. La Jarra butler Lucen and Chef Carlos were amazing on our special beach bali bed day. Lobster! Arturo, the butler at the infinity pool was great and Sonia is the best pool waitress on planet earth. Our butlers Paola, Ricardo and Ramon were incredible. Our Chic Cabaret waiter Wilberth was awesome.

My stay in September was amazing! The room was great and everyone is friendly and makes you feel safe. I stayed for 5 days and wish I would have stayed longer. The resort is beautiful relaxing and has so much to offer. I didn’t too much like the buffet but the restaurants were ok. I will definitely be back

We stayed for a week for our honeymoon. The resort is beautiful, the food is delicious. We could not possibly see everything here in one week. Highly recommend.

It felt like paradise. Staff is great and our butlers ouffffff😮‍💨 I had Armando and Carlos. Great guys and they showed me much love. A trip to remember. My only bad experience in there is the shuttle service they’ve partnered up with. Shuttle Centeral never came to when we checked out. if it wasn’t for our Butler, I would’ve missed my flight. He called a taxi and we had to pay additional $150 to the airport.
