If you got all the time, this is the one. But i was there for 3 days and I did not get to envoy all the resort because it is too big and transportation is inconvenient. You have to literally wait for the shuttles at least 5~20 minutes depends area you go to. Feel like they make you visitors spend time waiting most of the day. And this was during slow season. Rooms- we changed twice because of musty smell and untidy room. Sheets and all the clothes are humid, spotty. Room walls are old, and wet. Room phone is hard to function, looks like one from 90s home phone that you can barely hear.

Our stay at TRS Yucatán was incredible. Best service I’ve ever experienced from the butlers to the waitstaff at all the restaurants, everyone went above and beyond. Fernanda, our expedia concierge, was so attentive and made our stay so special with decorations on our table to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. All of the restaurants were delicious and the chefs were all willing to cater to my vegetarian diet by providing multiple options to choose from. We also used the onsite scuba center to dive the cenotes which was incredible and well organized. We felt very safe with our dive guide Chris. Would definitely recommend TRS Yucatán Hotel.

A few girlfriends and I went to TRS to celebrate a bachelorette. Before we got there, Fernanda extended her services to help plan our trip to make it special and memorable. To say she exceeded our expectations is an understatement! She made every aspect of our stay feel exclusive and so special! From unexpected personal touches at dinner reservations, shout outs and VIP treatment at events being held at the hotel, and the way she took the lead in helping us decorate our hotel rooms for the bride to be. The TRS Yucatan team has one of the most welcoming and supportive staff. From the beginning of the trip, they make sure all your needs are being fulfilled. Every employee from each department was attentive to all the guests throughout the stay. I met people who have been coming to TRS Yucatan for the past six years and that’s a clear sign of how amazing the employees are. Many dining options and relaxing areas for any taste. Excellent job!

TRS has to be the worst all inclusive I have ever stayed at. They push the upgraded rooms which we purchased but wouldn’t listen to our complaints about our AC not cooling. After the third day of numerous complaints, and getting a severe sinus infection from the black mold in the room. We were told the compressor needed to be replaced. What’s frustrating is that for 3 days we were told we were the problem because we lowered the AC too low. My husband had to get a taxi & leave the property to go get me antibiotics & steroids to treat my infection. Fernanda, Johnathan & Jorge all managers apologized & tried to put rose petals on on a few of our tables when I could attempt to make it out for dinner but the one night they were supposed to offer free bottle of champagne at the cabaret dinner show we paid for, the waiter never offered it to us. He also only brought my dinner out but never my husbands. All the food lacks flavor. The customer service has no follow through or true desire to assist in customers needs. The only thing we may have enjoyed might have been our spa day but that was ruined by our multiple encounters with pointless technicians. I spent the bulk of my trip in my 2nd room very sick. This was a wasted trip. I do not recommend getting room 6606. The butlers offer no help. They don’t keep up the rooms or take care of it the way they should. Not once did they try to offer a discount for our inconvenience at checkout. I would not stay at this resort.

Resort is huge and beautiful. However, everything is a bit far apart so walking can be a bit much. Food from the restaurants were really good, I didnt like the buffet food. The grill burgers really good. They have hookah however, I wouldn’t recommend it. Bad part is after 11 there is really nothing to do. Nearest party spot is 45-60 away. Airport is an hr away as well. Still very nice overall

The property , facilities and food are great in general. But main issue is that the staff are not well trained . I felt like being scammed as staff sell us a premium package but not able to book the restaurant. Then it took us so much time to get the issue resolved . The property most common area has no AC or very limited For the restaurant , they should consider to remove the process for customers to wait for waitress to lead to the table , in general wait time is more than 15 minutes Also the butler service is totally useless

We absolutely LOVED our stay at TRS. The staff was incredible. The moment you walk in the door you are treated like royalty, until the moment you leave. Highly recommend if you are considering. The only downfall we had was limited vegan options in some of the restaurants. We were able to figure it out but it was not enough to never come back. We loved that we had access to all the resorts on the property. It was the perfect mix of beach, luxury, jungle and city life. We took the public transit off site and explored for 2 of our 6 days there. So much to do and see. HIGHLY recommend.
