Low ceiling lobby. Vip room assigned has no outside window. Switch me to another inferior room. Merged with hotel next door so has to find my way to the hotel and navigate through maze to my room. Unable to resolve wifi malfunction in room and did not offer any means to resolve and compensate. Bathroom has no handwash towel and soap. Terrible breakfast food.

Nice big breakfast buffet! But the coolest part was the lovely concierge who grew up in San Francisco and was so helpful with my (English) questions!
