This ocean tower 11th floor two bedroom, two bath 1466 SF luxury Penthouse villa is located in Oahu's most prestigious beachfront destination - Beach Villas at Ko Olina ('Place of Joy'). You'll experience breathtaking panoramic ocean views from your private lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. Overlooking two crystal blue pools, winding koi ponds and spectacular grounds, you'll never tire of the stunning ocean views and soothing sounds of the island birds.

A semi-private elevator delivers you to your exclusive villa. The moment you step inside, the ocean view will take your breath away. The furnishings are island luxury with all the amenities of home, and more. Perfect for couples who enjoy sipping cocktails at sunset with their toes in the sand.

The elegant dining area has a beautiful 60" table and comfortably seats 6. Beautiful and Quiet!
All the amenities but none of the hassle of a huge resort are right here! We stayed for 8 nights and had plenty of room, along with everything we needed! The view is amazing, communication was prompt, and the staff were great!

Family vacation in Oahu
My husband, granddaughter's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Resort. The Penthouse was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The ocean view from the belcany was relaxing and beautiful. The environment was safe. The lagoon was never crouded which we really appreciated. We will visit again in the near future.

Very good location with access to a joining properties for eating out without having the masses on this property this property. All thing I would change is that I believe the quiet and hot tub should stay open later than the other pools. Honestly, I would say 9 o’clock early for all the pools.

Gorgeous location, great property and hosts!
We LOVE this property. This was our third time staying in Ko Olina but first time at the Beach Villas. For us, this is the best place to stay. Excellent amenities for family, the staff is great, the property is super clean, easy access to the highway but you’d never know it from the views. Jeff and Shelby were excellent hosts, the villa was stocked with perfect basics to get you started. Beach trips were made easy with a boogie board, towels, chairs, buckets, etc… all ready to go in a closet. Basic laundry soap available so if you’re not brand picky, you’re covered there, too! The bed was more comfy than my bed at home and now makes me want to get a memory foam mattress! Prior to arrival I reached out a couple times with various questions, parking, sleeping arrangement, we went over Easter so I was curious about an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, etc… Jeff responded within 24 hours each time with a thorough response, no back and forth required. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Cheers!

We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina. The condo is fantastic. The views are incredible, and it is well laid out. The resort is great, too, with easy beach access and nice pools. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely do it again.

Had a much needed family vacay with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend! The villas were perfect! Beautiful accommodations! Rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Royal Hawaiian! Toured the Notth Shore, Haleiwa, Pearl Harbor and Waikiki! Played golf at Ko Olina golf club and Hawaiian Royal golf club!! Both beautiful courses! Has family photos taken by Alexandra!! All 5 stars! Great luxury condo in the Ko'Olina area
We stayed in Jeff's beautiful property over the Thanksgiving week. Parking is convenient, as it is close to the semi-private elevator. The condo included many amenities a hotel might not offer, such as beach supplies (cooler, chairs, toys, etc), full kitchen, and plenty of room to stretch out. We appreciated the stereo which allowed us to play Hawaiian music during our stay. The view is great from the 11th floor. The only downside, is it is a bit close to the adjacent unit, which makes it a bit less private. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.

This was our second time staying at Ko’olina and we absolutely loved this condo. The view was spectacular and we spent most of our time out on the lanai! We appreciated the short distance to the parking space as one of our guests has mobility issues. The condo is well stocked and felt like home!

Very nice large condo with a great view. Quick response on issues when they arose. Lawrence was particularly helpful. A/C is an issue if cleaners leave the unit open and it is hot outside. Good snorkeling and beach-turtles, Huma-Huma, Moorish idols, etc.

Beautiful luxury penthouse
We had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. Our young children loved the shallow sections of the pool (including a section with a sand!). The lagoon was calm, beautiful, and was the least crowded out of all the other lagoons. The adults enjoyed grilling by the pool, and seeing the sunset over the ocean from the lanai. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. The property had plenty of amenities for cooking and for beach fun. Our 4 yr old even correct sized flippers and snorkel gear that let him snorkel for the first time. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic vacation!
Jeff & Shelby's condo is one of our absolute favorite places to stay when visiting Hawaii. Peaceful and quiet, clean and functional, with wonderful amenities and easy access to the lagoons and neighboring resorts. Our 5-year-old was in heaven all week long, and so were we. Highly recommend!

Perfect!
The property was exactly as advertised. We cook often on vacation and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Communication with the owner was prompt. Check in and out was a breeze. And the view was simply awesome -- including multiple whale sightings from the lanai. We used the pools and the gym, and snorkeled in the lagoon. Our family of four enjoyed every minute of our stay.
