This exclusive holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is only a few meters away from the water and offers a breathtaking view of the harbor and the loop. The loft-like living and dining area is bright and friendly thanks to its proportionally floor-to-ceiling windows and is inviting at all times of the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and microwave.

Also worth mentioning is the spacious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and the balcony from which you have a fantastic view and can end the day with a glass of wine.

Zur Anreise ist folgendes zu sagen: DerSchlĆ¼ssel ist recht schnell gefunden. Das Apartment nicht! Keinerlei Ausschilderung am Haus! Also frƶhliches suchen bei Regen und Dunkelheit. Richtig schlecht gemacht! Da der Fahrstuhl,wie im Inserat beschrieben ,kaputt ist schleppt man alles zwei Treppen rauf. Das Schlafzimmer ist dunkel und klein. Es liegt zum Parkplatz raus. Also Fenster ƶffnen nicht mƶglich. Jeder der in sein Apartment auf der Etage geht kann direkt auf das Bett schauen. Kopfkissen und Bettdecke sind unterirdisch. BeschƤmend fĆ¼r den Mietpreis. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist unbequem. AuƟerdem frage ich mich wie 4 Personen darauf Platz finden sollen. Kaffeemaschine vƶllig verkalkt. Wasserkocher neu! KĆ¼che komplett und sauber. Badezimmer sauber mit guter Dusche. Wasserdruck reicht zum Haare waschen.

Wunderschƶner Urlaub
Perfekter Urlaub, tolle Wohnung. Saubere und sehr schƶne Wohnung. An der Sauberkeit des Balkons, vor allen an der AuƟenfassade oberhalb des Wohnzimmerfensters (Spinnen und Spinnweben) und des Bodenbelags des Balkons kƶnnte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Auch innerhalb des offenen Treppenhauses wimmelte es vor Spinnweben und Vogeldreck. Leider wurde dies innerhalb unserer Urlaubswoche nicht einmal entfernt. Ansonsten eine sehr schƶne Unterkunft.

Einfach nur laut!
Einfach nur Laut. Jeden Morgen gegen 5:30 wird man vom schlagen der AutotĆ¼ren, dem surren der VerladebĆ¼hnen an LKWs und deren Motoren geweckt. Direkt unter den Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Installationsfirma welche Lieferungen erhƤlt, und diese auf ihre Fahrzeuge verteilt. Der unmittelbar angrenzende Parkplatz wie auch der Edeka Markt verstƤrken den LƤrm. Ansonsten ist die FeWo sehr schƶn. Die direkt unter dem Balkon befindliche Hafen-Promenade haben wir auch nicht als stƶrend empfunden. Die Mitarbeiter von PORT 54, welche wir kennen gelernt haben waren alle hilfsbereit und nett. Trotzdem wĆ¼rden wir diese Wohnung aufgrund ihrer Lage, nicht noch einmal mieten.

Die Ferienwohnung lag mit Blick auf die Schlei sehr schƶn, allerdings habe ich den roten Massagesessel vermisst, der auf den Fotos angegeben war. Das war mit ein Grund, das wir uns fĆ¼r diese Wohnung entschieden haben. Leider gibt es in Olpenitz nur eine Pizzeria und im Edeka ein Bistro. Auch haben wir bei unseren SpaziergƤngen BƤnke vermisst.

Es waren sehr schƶne Tage. Sehr viel Lob im Punkt sauberkeit alles super sauber. Eine sehr schƶne Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles sehr unkomplizierter mit dem Check in alles ganz einfach zu handhaben . Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schƶn SpaziergƤnge sind ein Traum am Strand . Ein Negatives muƟ aber angesprochen werden . Die AnsƤssige Installations Firma im Ergeschoss beginnt leider zu 7.00 Uhr mit beladen der Firmen Fahrzeuge . Auch die Lieferungen des GroƟhandels an die Firma ist sehr laut und stƶrend weil darĆ¼ber die Schlafzimmer sind. Mit freundlichen GrĆ¼ĆŸen S.Plonske
