It's an old property, however that's not an issue, under the New management staff is totally changed. Any instructions from the GM's was not followed in case of our stay. Airport pickup was not followed despite providing the flight details. Excuse given was it was thought to be cancelled flight, whereas Room revenue was charged. Hotel guest smoke standing in the corridor, as a result smoke came to our room and was sprayed by staff. Despite request for higher floor we were not not shifted and placed on 5th floor all the time. Food quality has also gone down, at times, we had to wait for 45 minutes for dinner in the lounge restaurant due to supplies coming from main kitchen. Lounge restaurant has more or less same menu of Keesh (non-sweet), very hard Dahi Bara and chick peas with potatoes. Lots of cookies. Another unknown guest informed us that some of the items have been staying since lunch time. Often not properly prepared, we had diarrhea on multiple occasions both guests. Since the Hotel gets tons of local guests, International guests are not essentials for hotel's top and bottom line, still I would Request you to please improve if you want International guests in the long term. It seems current management is focusing on short term gain rather than long term prospects. Good luck with your strategy.
