Welcome to our idyllic Southern retreat, where charm meets tranquility on the shores of Caddo Lake. Embrace the romance of the South in this intimate haven designed for couples & families seeking a picturesque getaway. This is one of 9 "Caddo Shores" Cabin rentals. Blue Heron sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. There are 2 queen beds and 2 rolling twin beds. You'll have a full kitchen and laundry room with a washer & dryer.

Cypress Drive is the main street that runs along Caddo Lake in Uncertain, TX (pop 95!) We are a few houses down from a boat launch with a diner, and about 1.5 miles from Caddo Lake State Park.

Right behind the house next door to Blue Heron is the boat pier and all of the kayaks & canoes for our guests to share. You will likely see other guests.

At Caddo Shores, we understand that pets are part of the family. We're delighted to welcome your furry friend into our space. Please review the following guidelines and information before booking:

Fees:
We charge a nominal fee per stay to accommodate your furry companion.

Accepted Pets:
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, unless prior arrangements have been made, if authorized, extra pets after 2 are an additional $35/ stay, each. If you dog weighs over 75 lbs, please get prior authorization.

Pet Rules:
- Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.
-Pets should be up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments.
-Please ensure your pet's behavior doesn’t disturb neighbors or cause damage to the property.
-We request that pets are not left unattended in the accommodation unless crated and only for short periods.
-Any excessive pet hair or damages caused by pets will incur additional cleaning or repair charges.

Quick trip
The cabin was amazing, beautifully decorated and fully furnished kitchen was great. The only issues we had were that the yard and the dock were in need of cleaning. There was debris from high water and vines growing on the deck like Poison ivy but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay
