The Amfithea Pool Villa stands as the most contemporary residence in the
cluster, featuring its own pool and expansive verandas overlooking the west and
south.
Upon entering from the pool area, the villa reveals the living area with a
comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to a
fully equipped open kitchen. Large windows unveil two expansive verandas
furnished with outdoor seating and dining arrangements, leading to the private
swimming pool constructed in 2024, offering uninterrupted views of the vineyard
and the entire bay of Karystos, perfect for relishing unforgettable sunsets.
Accommodation is conveniently located on the same level. A twin bedroom with an
ensuite bathroom and shower opens onto the 50sq m south-facing veranda,
offering breathtaking sea views. Additionally, the double bedroom with an
ensuite bathroom with shower includes a "secret" loft space accessed
by three steps, featuring a large single bed, perfect for a child. This double
bedroom also benefits from a separate villa entrance leading to the main level
of the parking area, ensuring utmost convenience for guests.
Outdoor:
The South veranda of 50sqm is furnished with a sofa and two loungers to enjoy
exquisite undisturbed views of the bay of Karystos.
