Loved how spacious the room was. Provided everything including fridge and micro. Comfy beds and super clean. Easy parking. Great hotel!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well-stocked home. The hosts were immediately responsive to all contacts and repeatedly looked to make our stay special. The house and amenities were accurately describe and even understated when you see that the boats, bikes and games were all quality items. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. We had an amazing time. If you rent this house you will want or need for nothing and will probably be writing a similar review at the end of your stay.

I am giving this property two stars due to the property manager, which I assume is Vacasa. My family and I stayed there in late June. We checked out on June 30th. I asked for late check out and was told it was not possible as the cleaning crew was coming in immediately to clean for the next guests. We left at 11 on the 30th and headed for our next destination. Upon unpacking our bags, we realized that our sons left their two, brand new short sleeve polos from Farm Neck golf course - both still had tags on them. I immediately texted my contact at Vacasa (July 2nd), and received no response. We were continuing to travel and I did not reach out to them again until August 2nd. We went back and forth via text and ultimately I was told that I had to wait to hear back from them. I again texted them on August 13th and once again was told they were waiting to hear from "local team". I texted them again on August 16th and was told they still had no information. First of all, why is the property manager not local? Secondly, the cleaning staff should have found those shirts the second they walked in the door, which tells me they took them. The shirts were in the upstairs bedroom where my boys stayed. I have never left a bad review on VRBO, but this has been ridiculous. I will never stay at a location again that is managed by Vacasa.
