Waited 5 HOURS to get access to our rooms
Terrible. Poorly managed with an incredibly rude General manager Grady Wallace that threatens his guest and escalates already frustrating situations. Key readers didn’t work. Couldn’t provide us with keys to rooms, had to ask front desk to open room EVERY TIME you wanted to get in.

Would stay here again!
Check in was smooth. Clerk was nice. Nice bar and friendly bartender. Loved the pool table. Room was clean, roomy and had cool features. Sadly there was no hot water. Only other issue was one elevator had a malfunctioning 1st floor button. We really enjoyed our stay here and the proximity to lots of restaurants and places to go.

Horrible Restroom design
Staff was great! Everyone was beyond friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. However, I wish I can find the right words to describe the design of the restroom. There is no actual door to divide the restroom from the room which was a huge downfall since we were sharing rooms with my in-laws. I believed there was a lack of privacy because of the design of the restroom. This hotel would be better for a couple and no so much family oriented.

I booked the room for family visiting from out of town. The front desk wasn’t even familiar with the size of the bed(s) available in the handicap accessible room. Next my family said that the sheets were not clean when they arrived. How gross can you be?
