You get what you pay for
Opted to stay here because it was cheaper than down the road. The room was fine, but really run down. The guests across the hall were exceptionally loud late at night. The front desk answered the room phone call with a “Hey, oh, front desk” and proceeded to tell me that the breakfast was “yea, it’s open now” when I inquired about what time the breakfast was until. The AC system was weird; we had to set it to 63 multiple times to get it to even kick on. Lots of stains on the furniture, but also lots of random, useless pieces of furniture in the room which made it feel chaotic. TV is super old school. The mirror closet was interesting. Shower head sprayed in all sorts of directions. The breakfast was basic basic… like cereal and waffles. Yogurt cups and whole fruit. I have stayed at many hotels this year, and they’re definitely doing the bare minimum here. The first morning I guess the attendant wasn’t on staff because everything was out/ cold/ or a mess. The next day the owners must’ve been coming in because it was decorated, clean, and nice looking.

This was the most unbelievable experience that I have had one a family trip. We booked this hotel and when we arrived. The booking could not be located. The older gentleman behind the desk could not locate and did not know how to locate our reservation. He stated that we could pay another fee to gain a room. I even provided the invoice with confirmation number. He told me that I could call the reservation in on my own to figure out what was going on. He had no idea what he was doing and didn’t care that we already had a reservations. This was purely just this location. Please don’t stay at this hotel if you value your trip plans and done want to be stranded.

La Quinta has had a long standing brand reputation of quality, and comfort and add the By Wyndham you would think elevates it to a luxury status however instead it seems that Quality and prestige is lacking.

They kept my 50 bucks. The incidental deposit was not given back for smiling but neither out my sister smokes. We can’t stand the smell of it and on check in we called the front desk to report the room smelled like smoke and asked to move to another room but was told none available of the room type I reserved. However there were few cars in the parking lot? I used to be the manager of Quality Inn and I remember one of my audit shift employers using a certain couple of rooms to smoke in if they were vacant and a situation somewhat like this one. This manager did not respond appropriately. I left 2 Messages and both were ignored. I will try once more and update this review if management resolvesn this issue and refunds my money. But right now, I cannot help but think that because they have a below average daily rate that they’re making up for it by keeping incidental fees.

This hotel was very neat and welcoming in the lobby area, the man working the front desk, Yu, he was super nice and funny! The room was spacious and there were Paul Mitchell toiletries, which was a bonus. Definitely recommend this hotel!! Wasn’t able to use the pool or spa due to inclement weather, but the area was pretty.

It's apparent the management of this property takes pride in their work. The lobby area was clean and decorated festively for the fall. We stayed over on Halloween and they had left a basket of treats out for the guests. Our room was clean and functional with a comfortable bed and a fridge. The bathroom was large with plenty of space. Breakfast was ample and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was gorgeous. I booked a basic room for one night and it was HUGE! I could only imagine what the apartment style room they offer looks like. Will come again.

Property was clean but we happen to find roaches in our room and in the bed. When asked to speak to a manager there was not one on duty. We did ask to switch to another room and they let us but could not sleep
