The 100 square meter, cottage-style holiday home is located on an Aussiedlerhof, 5 km from downtown Kaufbeuren.
Enjoy the view down to the city of Kaufbeuren and the Allgäu mountain range, behind which the Zugspitze massif rises gigantic. Above all, the sunrise and sunset with their variety of colors are a true natural spectacle.
The house furnished according to Feng Shui gives you a relaxed, cozy atmosphere - simply to feel good.
In the spacious living-dining area you can leave everyday life behind you or enjoy the sunset on the south-west terrace with a glass of wine.
In the separate kitchen is from the 4 burner stove incl. Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine all available to prepare tasty meals. An additional old wood stove invites you to cook yourself a meal like in the 'good old days'.
There are three romantic bedrooms upstairs. One room with a box spring bed and two with two original farm beds each. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower / toilet and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
The rural surroundings invite you to go for long walks or bike rides. In winter you can use the cross-country ski run right in front of the house for cross-country skiing or skating. Meditation evenings are offered weekly.
The meditative place far away from the daily hustle and bustle invites you to relax and rest.

Beautiful Escape to the Country
The farmhouse was wonderful! Peaceful, beautiful, and very comfortable. Angelica and her husband were delightful!! We would come again to stay for a week and relax!! It is very helpful to have your own car. You will be able to see so much more there locally. But, there is a bus stop not far away you can walk to and get to the train station. There are local car rental places you could use during your stay. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Cosy home in peaceful setting
The cottage was absolutely charming, warm and cosy. Perfect for our family, and even had a beautiful decorated Christmas tree which our children appreciated very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was easy to prepare family meals including our Christmas dinner.

Beim Betreten gefällt die Ausstattung, die Holzböden, das Mobiliar, der Kaminofen strahlt Behaglichkeit aus. Aber: Der angemeldete Hund ist nicht genehm, nicht erwünscht, die Klospülung im EG spült nicht ausreichend, W-LAN zwar beschrieben, aber mit Aufpreis von 10€ auf Nachfrage angeboten mit dem Kommentar. es funktioniere aber oft nicht ausreichend. Das Fernsehgarät funktionierte auch nicht. Kommentar: Haben wohl Sie oder die Gäste vor Ihnen verstellt... Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, hätten uns eine sachlich korrekte Beschreibung gewünscht und ein wenig mehr Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin.

Die Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund der Fotos und Beschreibungen hatten, sind alle erfüllt worden. Ein geschmackvoll und offen eingerichtetes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen, guter Ausgangsort für Fahrrad und Sightseeing Touren. Leider hatten wir im August einige sehr kalte Tage. Zu unserer Freude wurde ohne unser Nachfragen sofort die Heizung angestellt. Alles perfekt!

Weite Sicht auf die Berge Wiesen, Weiden, Wälder Sonne, Regen, Wind Rehe, Füchse, (Greif-) Vögel Glockenklang von Kühen und ... Stille Wandern, Spazierengehen, Radfahren Ruhe Genießen und Lesen :) Das Ferienhaus hell, sauber, freundlich, geräumig und wunderschön harmonisch eingerichtet. Einfach ein Traum!!!
Meine Frau und ich haben schon sehr viele Ferienwohnungen besucht, doch keine war bisher so toll wie diese. Sie strahlt regelrecht vor Entspannung und Ruhe. Die Wohnung bzw. das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll ins Detail eingerichtet, sie hat alles was man braucht und vieles mehr. Mein persönliches Highlight ist der Holzofen im Wohnbereich, damit wird jeder Abend gemütlich! Für uns Naturliebhaber ist die Lage nahezu nicht zu übertreffen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in mitten der Natur, ca 200m vom Waldrand auf einer Wiese und dennoch nur ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt Kaufbeuren entfernt. Sie hat eine große Terrasse mit wundervoll angelegten Blumenbeten. Innen und außen, es ist überall einfach so gemütlich und wohnlich. Die Betten sind super bequem und alle Räume sehr sauber! Das absolute Sahnehäubchen ist die mehr als liebevolle Gastfreundschaft von Frau und Herr Stückl. Wir können das Ferienhaus Stückl zu 1000% weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Entspannungsurlaub
Eine gute Woche unserer Pfingstferien haben wir im Aussiedlerhof von Familie Stückl verbracht. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr idyllisch, genau wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung lädt ein zu Fahrradtouren (für Sportliche - ansonsten lieber mit E-Bike), Wanderungen und Besichtigungen der hübschen Städtchen im Ostallgäu. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen, sie sind sehr sympathisch. Die Einrichtung des Häuschens ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich, in der Küche alles Nötige vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp für die Schlafzimmer: dichtere Vorhänge zur Verdunklung, da es im Frühsommer doch sehr früh hell wird. Der Duschkopf im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (da kommt nur ein ziemlich dünnes Rinnsal ;). Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr schönen Ferienhaus!
Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, sehr schön und alles vorhanden. Wir waren mit 5 Personen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, für nicht geübte Wanderer war es genau richtig. Die Bergen sind schon etwas weiter weg. 2 hinweisen, es können ein bisschen mehr schatten auf die Terrasse sein, der vorhanden Schirm war sehr klein! Die Kinderbetten sind sehr kurz. Es war das schönest Ferienhaus wo wir bis jetzt waren.

Très belle location
Maison très grande et très bien équipée, avec une magnifique vue sur les Alpes. Un peu loin des grands sites touristiques (châteaux de Louis II, lacs...). La maison est isolée dans la campagne, parfait pour se reposer. Les commerces sont à moins de 10minutes.
