Overall a very nice hotel to stay at. The room was spacious and comfortable. A little noisy during the night, our room had a city view and I could hear noise of traffic and some construction. I had some issues with the bathroom door which wouldn’t stay shut. The parking was a paid one (12$/night) and if you become a member they reduced it to 6$/night. A little wierd way of getting inside the parking, as you had to drive on the left lane to enter the parking. The hostess for the breakfast buffet (named Saghi) was really sweet and helpful! Breakfast was good! Overall, I recommend Hyatt place for a stay in Kelowna!

This place is really surprisingly awesome! The included breakfast is really good, not basic. The rooms are large and the bed was amazing. There is a full bar and restaurant in the lobby, staff are great, pool and hot tub plus a large gym. It’s not by the lake but the price reflects this and it’s not far to anything. I had a great stay!

The leather/pleather automan and seat coverings are not cleaned properly. The building is not very soundproof (windows don't block out highway sounds), stomping and plumbing (toilet flushing) (from guest staying above) extremely loud. Check-in person helpful. All else average and satisfying.

Nice hotel, room was spacious . Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help . Breakfast was nice touch , was basic. Did the job, maybe add some muffins , more fresh fruit . The coffee was awful , only option was dark roast which tasted terrible . Need a medium roast coffee. Appreciate the nice ice water at the front . Room was nice , spacious and very quiet. Sorry housekeeping did not do a good job. Asked for room to be cleaned and they only changed the sheets and gave us more towels. Floor was still dirty , washroom was dirty . Dirt on sink and bathtub . You can tell nothing was cleaned in washroom. Disappointed to see a dirty room still . None the less overall I would still stay here again , overall hotel was nice and staff were great ! Please improve housekeeping. That’s very important

The Hotel presents itself as a very nice almost “resort like” building that you would see in say: Mexico. It’s just off the main road, and the rear abuts. The Desk check in staff was most courteous, efficient, and professional. Ana also answered my questions regarding the nearby Town, points of interest, and Restaurants. The room was well laid out, spotlessly clean, and the bed comfortable. Pillow options were good. We’ve stayed at the Hyatt Kelowna Hotels before, and its clear that these people know what they’re doing in operating a hotel, and they do it very well. Clean efficient, well decorated and with a decent bed to sleep in. Room; The room was spacious, clean and the furniture well positioned. The bathroom was clean and large enough for a couple to prepare in the morning to start their day. Coffee maker and small fridge are always appreciated when travelling, and this room had each. The bed was large and comfortable, and an assortment of pillows allowed a guest to choose firm or soft depending on your preferences. The room faced the back lot and was quiet in the night. The only criticism I have is i was reluctant to use the safe as it was not secured at all to the wall or wall stud. It was easily liftable for a thief to cart away. When you have seen a thief hoist a Clothes Drier on his shoulders and ride it away on a mountain bike, this safe would be no challenge for him. Please secure the safes better. Overall, Hyatt did a good job here with running a Hotel.
