The app neglected to mention that the hotel requires an $150 deposit. I almost lost my room because of this. My heater didn’t work and the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen. The staff are overworked but are extremely helpful. The place is run down but the bed was great.

An okay place to stay for a night. It is the first kitchenette unit I have stayed in where there was nothing in the unit. You need to bring everything with you. No point to get a kitchenette unit if you have to bring everything.

I was not happy at all with this property. There was a large hole in the carpet between the two beds, there was no door to under the sink in the bathroom, there was something missing from the kitchen, maybe a dishwasher or a stove, but it was uncut, there was a wall that was not painted. damage to the door to the room it was locked up, and there was no safety lock on the inside. It was only patched, and when I left this morning at 8:15 there was nobody in the office check me out and when I called the number and said they could not leave a message and I would never call back. I would not stay on this property again.

Water damage in rooms and bathroom, shower curtain broken, mold seeping through the cracks and mold on the furnace. Room comes with a stove top but nothing to cook with, no coffee, no microwave.

The hotel seems to be in a renovation. The room was recently painted but there was nothing on the walls and only sheets on the bed. This is a suites hotel with a full kitchen, but there was not a single cup (not even plastic), utensil plate, etc anywhere in the room. I checked in and received my key at 4 pm but when I went to the room it wasn’t finished being cleaned. The secondary lock on the door was not operational and there was a large gap under the door which let in lots of noise etc from the hallway. I came down to watch friends compete in Ironman. Hotel prices were very inflated due to high occupancy, but this room was not worth $200 per night. I was hopeful when I arrived at the hotel because it was clean on the outside and had good parking. Unfortunately the rooms are not quite up to par yet. Thankful that I only used the room from 8 pm- 5 am when I left for the race.

We booked a room with kitchenette, but no supplies, not even plastic cups. Carpet was sticky; one bed light was broken and didn’t work; bath exhaust fan not working; torn bedspread.; dirty windows; minimal towels and old. King bed was ok. VERY NOISY — sounded llke they had pets or were moving furniture around all night. Would not recommend.

Good thing no carpet in rooms , but carpet in hallway has a really bad smell, rust in bathroom lighting fixture, mold in shower knobs base, rtv from shower base coming off. Decent place, personally I would not stay in it again though.

It's a tweaker motel for sure so if u ever come to kennewick area and don't know what u did with your drugs then this would be the place to go guarantee you will find it here and find it quick
