Step into the open-plan living area that has a seamless blend of rustic furnishings and coastal tones. High vaulted ceilings and an abundance of picture windows allow natural light to fill the room and allow for an effortless transition out onto the sun-drenched outdoor deck.

The second living area is perfect for family groups and couples to enjoy that extra bit of space when required. The space enjoys comfy furnishings, a second Smart TV, and a cosy ambience and warmth needed in those cooler months.
As shown in the photos the property has unfenced access to bordering reserve land, which is great for native birdsong. Absolutely no pets allowed, and guests should take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush. It is in a very quiet area, please respect the neighbours and drive carefully at night to avoid Kiwi crossing.There is a spa at this property that is not available for guest use. The king sized bed in bedroom two can be split to make two single beds. Please note it is Super-king sized if bringing your own linen, and please inform us at the time of booking which configuration you require. The property is on a hill with a view, and though the driveway is steep, it is wide with a good concrete surface and has a turning bay at the entrance to the property.Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.
