Or simply head into Kerikeri township, just a 12-minute drive and take your pick from the local cafes and restaurants for a bite to eat. The property is only 30 minutes to Kauri Cliffs golf course and 25 minutes to Waitangi golf course.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Children should also be supervised around baiting stations in place on the premises for rodents, to protect the local kiwi bird population. Care should be taken when driving into this property as there are kiwi birds living on it that may walk across the driveway, especially at night.Please be aware that the terrain down to the beach is narrow and steep, so extra care should be taken.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
