Kern Epic View Spectacular Spectacular
Awesome place to hang your hat if visiting the Kernville / Southern Sierra area. Large, comfortable, very clean, modern appliances, and a theater room to die for. Communication with host was 2nd to none I reckon.

Amazing Stay
We all loved our stay and wish we had more time to appreciate the house and the surrounding area the house was awesome and had plenty of room for everyone. The front porch was a favorite and the movie room was great too. Kitchen is huge.

The Best Five Star House in Kern
This property is beautiful, spacious, and had the perfect layout for a family vacation. Everyone had their own space, their own full bathroom, and yet the family gathering areas are perfect and inviting. You will not want to leave even though itā€™s in a great location. Itā€™s quiet, close to town, has an amazing kitchen, comfy beds, and awesome views.This house made our trip!

Great long weekend getaway
The perfect spot for a large family with dogs to enjoy a long weekend. 15-20min to great hiking, fishing and water sport spots. Also close to town with great restaurants but once you're at the house you may not want to leave.

Annual end of year vacation
This house was absolutely amazing. The movie/game room was a BIG plus! the kids enjoyed the foosball table. Best part was the huge window in the living room. Would definitely stay here again.
