You'll love the clear blue colors and firm sandy bottom of this all-sports lake. The main area of the home consists of an open living room, kitchen, and dining space.
The porch outside is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and is sure to help you unwind. The yard is spacious enough for kids and dog to play. Additionally, there's a dock, shared water toys, and a cozy fire pit.
This property is conveniently close to the Great Lakes Equestrian Horse Show, Turtle Creek Casino, and Elk Rapids. Traverse City is just a short 15-minute drive away.
One well-behaved pet is allowed, but owners must clean up after their pets.
