Sadly at KCBC, pets are not permitted, as per our HOA rules. There is a $500 security deposit hold required to book. It is released 3 days after your departure. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance for any unexpected travel delays or changes. **There is a 4% cancellation fee, even if you cancel within the cancellation period.**

Excellent place!
Our stay was fantastic! Everything was perfect! The whole condo was brand new, we had a great view and pretty much your own private beach! Perfect location! Highly recommend!
