Property is old, outdated not very clean with no on-site parking. The air condition is old and noisy along with no being able to control it. Like going to visit your grandma in her old cramped 40 year old out dated room. I would avoid this property.

The bed was so old it hurt my back. The blinds were so old and had pieces missing so you could see straight through into the room. Everything in the room was dingy and old. It ruined my birthday.

Loved our stay. Price was acceptable.
It was a wonderful place to stay. Roman at the front desk acted as a concierge and was wonderful to work with. Both of the rooms that we stayed in during our time in key West, were very nice and clean. Both rooms had window air conditioners; the second room we stayed in was a little warm and the AC had a hard time keeping up because it was on the west side of the building with the sun going down in the evening.

I travel often and this place had the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. They truly care about their property and city. Also the inclusive breakfast is underrated! Highly recommend this place when staying in KeyWest.

At arrival, front office lady was not friendly, and we could barely hear her speak. The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows flat and very old, and the bathroom in need of repair. Continental Breakfast was nice, and the coffee was good. The location was great, with close proximity to the free Duvall loop bus. This place was quiet, and a good price, but 3 stars is a fair rating.

It’s an old house like all the other’s in the city. It was in decent condition. Quiet, clean, and a great pool. Staff- especially Roman was great. He made the stay tons better.

Overall, this is a good place for the price. It is within a 15 minute walk of most locations. The room itself was nice, with a comfortable bed. The location is quiet and low key. My only complaint is the bathroom could have used updating, and the shower did not get hot. We did stay here previously (in a different room) and had no issue with water temperature then.

Very cute B&B. I loved that is located in a safe neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were guided through the property and given information about breakfast. Our room was very spacious and bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is nice and quiet, like all key west, this is an older place but really well kept. A little bit far from Duval Street but walkable, 15 min approx. parking is an issue too
